Perfect for the hiking trails of Costa Rica volcanic region

Bought in August, online sale. Took them out to Montana for hiking. Great performance, no blisters.

I LOVE this shoe!!!! I have been exclusively wearing this style for 10 years!!! Handle rough terrain great with sole stability and support. The waterproof feature really is appreciated when you need to be out in the rain

Kept my feet dry and very comfortable to walk in plus they gave me extra stability when the cobble stone was wet. Excellent traction but they looked nice enough to wear shopping.

Great hiking shoe - super support and comfortable too!

I love this shoe! This is my third pair. The wide width is comfortable, and fits my orthotic inserts well, though I have found I don't need the inserts because the shoes have such great arch support. I use these shoes for my regular 3 to 4 mile walks in the neighborhood, as well as my 4 to 5 mile hikes on trails nearby. Comfortable right out of the box, the lacing is easily adjustable for a more custom fit if and when needed (like when doing steeper hikes).

For my first pair of hiking shoes, these were perfect for taking on my trip to Alaska! They were comfortable right away without having to break them in and great to wear both on hikes and walking around afterwards

Waterproof shoes and great support for working outside

I take my Merrells everywherefor short to long walks around town, as well as for more challenging and strenuous hikes in the hills and mountains. These boots were extremely comfortable with the first wearingno breaking in required. Fit was perfect8W accommodates the bunions I have on both feet, with no discomfort or unwanted pressure on that area of either foot. I have a pair of these boots that cover my ankles, which I bought two years ago for winter and wetter weather, and they are equally comfy. Two thumbs up for Moab 2 Waterproof Wide Width!

Great comfy shoes for me and I have lots of metatarsal issue. Would like longer shoe string, single bow doesn't stay tied and it's short enough that it's a struggle to double bow

I have a torn posterior tendon which results in a fallen arch. Along with my custom orthotic this shoe provides me with excellent foot support that allows me to hike and get back to the outdoors without pain. I can also fit my AFO ( Ankle/Foot orthotic) inside. LOVE THIS SHOE!
