They fit like they should and they are waterproof as advertised! A true wide fitting shoe!

This is my 3rd pair of Moabs. The quality seems good, but the soles last only about 6 months. I have had several people tell that it's my "gait" or just the way I walk. I'm not buyin' it. Someone out there needs to invent a sole that is solid, not laminated, and will last as long as a car tire; 50 to 100,000 miles.

Bought a size up because of unavailability of the normal size, but they fit fine, with enough room for heavier socks. Seem very comfortable. Will be testing the waterproof-ness on our next trip.

They fit and feel great. Very durable. They hide dirt well. They are however, not waterproof, at least not for long.

They are comfortable, I recently walked over 300 miles in a three week period in a brand new pair no issues whatsoever!

I had to return and then reorder a full size larger than the Merrill boot I have been wearing for the last several years. 9,5 to 10.5 size for me. Really like the shoe.

I haven't gotten the chance to really "trail test" the shoes, but so far I like them. They seem to be very sturdy, and well constructed. One thing online customers should know is that the sizes seem to run large. I usually wear a 12 wide, but needed a 10 wide from Merrell

Well made and should provide good wet weather protection. Wish the toe box was a little bigger,

Great fit; wide is wide enough in toe box and forefoot to fit my foot, which is unusual. Lots of volume in toe box due to very tall height; almost too much. Style is dated and uninspiring. Very firm footbed with little arch support, but Merrell wins hands down for hiking shoes if you have a wide, high volume, and hard to fit foot.

I’ve tried to love these shoes for a year. The style is great, but the fit is strange. They’re the tightest 13’s ever and the footbed under the ball of my left foot always starts off feeling like there’s something foreign left behind when I put my foot into the shoe. So I end up not wearing them as much as I’d like to. The thing is, I own other Merrell’s that fit great, so it’s the shoe, not the brand. I guess I’ll have to try again.

I love these shoes. They are tough. I bought the waterproof Moabs for the yard and garden but there is no indication on the box or shoes that these are waterproof. The price tag is $20 higher for waterproofing.

I buy the waterproof version as a winter shoe, as they're warmer than ventilators and I'm in them everyday for 4-5 months of the year. Moabs always fit my feet perfectly and I've never had a pair that needed any break-in. However, in my experience the waterproof claim is way overstated. Perhaps the Gore-Tex version is a better choice if you need to really stay dry.

Shoes are comfortable. Laces could be better. Come untied even with double knots.

This is my 3rd pair of the Merrel Moab. I just wore out the last 2 pairs and was happy to see these shoes were still available. I was disappointed in the overall comfort of the shoes as it seems the material is not the same as it was before. The size was good but the shoes were very stiff. I'm hoping they will break in with wear.

I've tried other hiking shoes, including other styles of Merrells. This one is a comfortable shoe. Color a little lighter that picture shows, but personally I was glad about that.

Great waterproof shoes, usually last me a year and wear out where the toe flexes every time.

I like my new Merrell! You can tell right away this is a high quality shoe.
After wearing it in few hikes for a total of about 50 miles, I would love to
give it a five start if the following improvements are made:
1) The heel tab is a few mm's taller
2) The tougue is a few mm's wider
3) The tie is a copule of inches longer

Fit well. Comfortable. Felt a little off to begin with, difficult on ankles, bet went away quick.
