I love these boots but the first pair I bought, in my normal size, 8, were a bit too tight in the toe box. I wear 7.5 - 8, depending on the shoe and I have narrow heels and wide toes. Also, on one toe, the shoe creased, causing mild discomfort, so I exchanged them for another pair in the same size to see it if was just that boot. The new pair felt better but still too tight, so I ordered an 8.5 and they fit fine. So I had to return the first two pairs - fortunately Zappos customer service helped me through the process. These are really pretty boots. Very lightweight. They feel like a sneaker with a really good sole and soft high tops. These are good light hikers for the desert because the tongue is gusseted to avoid getting sand inside and they grip the sandy spots well. The sole is softer than my Keen hikers but I do like the light weight. I used to wear Keen hikers but they "improved" them and now they aren't as well made or as comfortable. Sigh.

My 2nd pair - worried I'd find another ever! First pair - 8 Wide - fits fine with a medium weight wool sock or walking sock; This pair in blue, got it in an 8.5 Wide to accommodate more walking (feet might swell), with the same socks. Not too much difference in the sizes. Haven't done much hiking in them yet, but they do seem to be waterproof so far. Replaced laces on the tan pair with tan/red laces, and navy blue laces on the blue pair.

Hard to find a wide boot these days and this is it. It's nice and roomy without being sloshy. Would have liked a pull-on loop in the back but I guess that's a higher dollar feature. They're comfortable.

I have had a pair of the boots before and they wear really well. They never lost their waterproofness and I was happy to buy another pair.

Runs a little short. Not a lot of cushioning in the foot bed, which was the biggest disappointment. Super cute style, wanted to love them. But I need good support since I’m on my feet all day at work.

I usually get my boots a half size bigger, so 8.5 M and it fit me perfectly. I’ve used it a few times and the shoe was very comfortable, slip resistant but I went hiking with these shoes on and my soles was aching so much! I could feel every rock and crevice I was walking on....

Most comfortable hiking boots I've ever owned. Only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 overall is because I wish the ankle shaft would be a little higher in both front and back. I like that it is lower in the back than the front... Way more comfortable for an all day hike. If you have wide feet and/or a high instep the widest width is perfect.

I liked the shoe ...very comfortable for the most part - right out of the box. I need something for light hiking. Unfortunately, I did not like how high it hits me at the ankle. Returned for something lower.

This are very nice boots. I thought outside material was going to be a mud magnet, mud does not stick to it easily. The only negative is that they are hard to tight otherwise, that are awesome. I got the 6w, my regular size and they fit perfectly. I wear them for a full day and they are very comfy too!!!

In hiking boots, I typically order up a half size larger to account for socks and for walking downhill. I also have a wide foot, so this review is for a wide width, half size larger than my athletic shoe size. The boot narrows dramatically at the toes. So, the widest part of my foot fit well but my toes were scrunched. Even more problematic than the narrow toe was that when walking, the top of boot creased across the top of my toes. If you walked even a short while, you would have blisters on the tops of your toes. This boot has potential but did not work for my feet.

These hiking boots fit the bill really well for me. They are nicely supportive and comfortable to walk in, plus they are cute! The 7.5 fits me perfectly.

Absolutely love! I wore them for a 3 mile hike in Alaska straight out of the box and felt wonderful the whole time. Great tread, lightweight feel and stability all at once.

Great shoe for hiking - very comfortable though a little on the heavy side

This is a very nice boot, I ordered it along with the Ariat Terrain H2O for comparison. They are both quite comforatable but for a D width I didn't think there was much room in it. I liked the look but I also wonder if the all suede upper will really tolerate muddy hikes in Hawaii and snowy hikes in Utah. It was a tough choice becuase this is a very well made boot, but I went with the Ariat.

I am consistently a size 9 but had to go down 1/2 size in this shoe. The original pair would painfully crease into the top of my foot near the toes when walking, and they were too long. Other than that, I love the color and look and kept the pair that is 1/2 size smaller. I don't know how well they are with wear and tear and water so I'll have to update on this later! I'm a little afraid of ruining the beautiful color! idk how well they will clean up!
