I bought these hiking boots for a trip I have planned to Yellowstone at the end of September, and I love them! I ordered a half size larger so that I could wear them with thick hiking socks but they work with my normal socks too. I went for a 4.5 mile hike with them right out of the box, and they were super comfortable and no blisters. Great value and I'm looking forward to wearing them again and again.

I have had good luck with Columbia footwear and this one was no exception. I was looking for cute, comfortable, waterproof boots that would be good for walking in snow, but I didn't want a snow boot. This fits the bill. They performed well during my trip to the snow festival in Japan and would be great for hiking. No break-in required; I was comfortable walking in them from day one. The only odd thing was that the toe of each boot is shaped slightly differently: one side is more rounded, the other slightly pointed. I even got a new pair to see if it was a fluke but the second pair had the exact same issue. But I'm glad I kept them anyway because they otherwise looked great and performed well.

LOVE. Gorgeous boots. I was skeptical about the suede but have worn them twice in light rain with no spotting. The foot part is quite flexible and has no seams to bother my foot but the ankle is surprisingly stiff, you will get real support from it. I replace the insole with a custom orthotic and have to size up accordingly but I would still say they run maybe 1/2 size short if you want thick socks. Wide width is right on.

I have always had very sensitive and difficult to fit feet, even more so with fallen arches as an adult. The little bit of extra space made it perfect when I inserted my orthaheel insert. It's going to feel so good hiking the trails in the state parks in these! And they look great too. No Godzilla feet! Buy these!

Very comfortable from the start! I wore these on vacation in Iceland in Late February. Walked/hiked all over the country for a week and NO BLISTERS! My feet were tired at the end of the day but not really sore at all. I typically always have feet issues on vacation and have to bring several pairs of shoes and moleskin for blisters, but not this time

sadly, this boot is too narrow for my foot so I am going to have to return it. I ordered the blue version, it is attractive and well made. Shipping was fast.

This shoe is lightweight, comfortable and attractive for a hiking boot. They broke in quickly, I never had any pressure points or blisters. Great price for them.
