Extremely happy with these boots! Very comfortable. After reading the reviews I ordered down a half size and glad I did. They fit perfect.

These boots are amazing!! Very comfortable, spacious toe room, good support, mud/grass easily wash off, throat and lace color was not as seen in site photo much more 'pink/magenta' ( and I don't love it), but boots are very comfy!

I put off buying hiking boots for way too long, and now that I have these I wish I would have made the purchase sooner. I was worried about comfort because my feet almost always either end up rubbing against the sides of the shoes, or else the soles of my feet hurt if I don't use a specific insole. However, these are so comfortable. I didn't break them in as suggested, I jumped right in and started with a 3+ mile hike, and wow, I can't believe my feet aren't sore whatsoever the day after! Put the waterproof claim to the test as well on my hike as there were some streams I needed to cross, and my feet stayed 100% dry. My feet sometime require a wide width, so I went with the 8W and they are perfect with some space left for a thicker sock if needed.

I got these for a summer job. They do not need breaking in. I recently got stuck in some clay and my feet remained dry. They are in fact waterproof. After lots of miles and terrain they are definitely more flexible now.

Hiking boots are very comfortable . Went for my first 5 mile walk and was very satisfied with the quality and comfort .

These hiking boots were pretty comfortable right out of the box and I had no issues after a 3 mile walk in them. The width and size were perfect and the I love the colors.

These are the most comfy and durable hiking shoes I own. I got them in the Peatmoss and Red Onion color (fabulous name) and they are absolutely gorgeous. HIGHLY recommend!

I was due for some new boots after wearing Merrells for years. I saw these boots on sale and decided to give them a try. Not only are the cute, but they are comfortable and supportive. They also seem to be mostly nonslip on rocks and terrain. They didn't need to be broken in either. I don't normally leave reviews, but highly recommend these boots!

Love these so much! I got them for a trip to Colorado and broke them in with no issues at the Garden of the Gods and then the Incline! Hiked multiple trails through the Rockies and summited Mt. Bierstadt later that week with no blisters, foot pain, or any other forms of discomfort. They are officially my favorite pair of shoes, and I am a distance runner with serious "new shoe" phobia.

it fits well for doubling socks (which i'd be doing anyway), so it gives you that extra room for comfort and warmth for long active periods. if not planning on it, i'd recommend ordering half a size down (and there always is room for adjustment with the laces). super comfy, wore them for the first time on a 3 hour hike and didn't have to break them in < 3

Great fitting boots, true to size and most of all very supportive.

Lightweight so it doesn't weigh you down. The waterproof promise works well; wore them for first time during major thunderstorms and flash flooding just to run errands around town and they kept my feet nice and dry. They have good traction and are stylish to boot. ;0)

This is the second pair of Newton Ridge boots I have purchased in the last 3 months. They are super comfortable and required NO break-in time. And I really put them to the test on rugged terrain! I love the many color options as well.

I had to buy last minute hiking shoes for a trip to Zion and Grand Canyon, and these shoes worked great! They have great grip and they are indeed waterproof. Not to mention that they look so fashionable. Strongly recommend to anyone.

So comfy, didn't even need to break them in. Also tested their waterproofness by walking through a river, they work perfect!

Fantastic shoe. I bought in wide size. First I bought a 7W but it was too big. I routinely wear a 6.5W and I purchased this size and it is perfect. Love the hooks at the ankle. We hike in the desert on sand and these have great support and grip. I just had an old Pair of Columbia hiking shoes over 15 years ago and they still rock!

My go-to boot! Love these! Comfortable, waterproof, Cute! I have 3 pairs.
