My favorite Hoka shoe yet. I have to clifton 3, and arahi. These guys fly! Buy some Hoka's you won't be disappointed, like running on clouds.. tried to run in my Nikes and others and its just no comparision .

I wish my trail shoes fit as well. No side to side movement. I wish it came in a trail shoe. Speedgoat soles and front toe protection.

I've been suffering through horrible plantar fasciitis for the past six months. I stretch and have tried other remedies to mixed results. The pain was bad enough that I have gone through several pairs of shoes to try and find one that alleviated the pain so I could walk better.
I picked up the Vanquish 3 and immediately felt less pain in my step. Especially in the heel. Every PF case is unique but for me I have found a shoe that provides relief.
If this continues I fully intend to swap out all my other shoes for Hokas. These are absolutely amazing.

I run 20-25 miles a week. I am in my fifties. I noticed Other runners wearing the Hoka shoes, asked them questions and the responses were all positive. Decided to try them myself and I am so glad I did. From the first run out of the box I felt the difference. The cushion ride and the support are 2nd to none. My feet and calf muscles never felt better. I wore another brand for a number of years but I am a believer in Hoka one one. Will buy another pair and recommend them to everyone. My son will be buying a pair soon.

Thought I was suppose to get free shipping, first pair purchased. Called to inquire about it and customer service representative very rude!! Said I didn't put in code for free shipping. Never received code. Like shoes but customer service not so much!!!'

I got this shoe based on my podiatrist's recommendation for a bruised metatarsal head. Zero pain when using these shoes -- fantastic! Love everything about it -- but the salesperson recommended a half size larger than I wear, and he was right. Even half size bigger, the toe box still is a little snug. Not too tight, but not roomy. Highly recommend if you're looking for cushy.

The shoes are great. I little bit narrow, but after a few runs they feel fine. The padding is awesome. No more calf or knee pain.

This shoe is great, love the cushioning. I feel less pain in my feet when I use this shoe. Definitely my favorite pair. But, the upper started to tear. I'v run with this shoe for about 50 km, the upper pattern on the inner side began to chip out. But it's not affecting the shoe performance till the date I wrote the review. But at least it affects my eyes, lol.

I've run in them a few times. I want to like them more. Bondi's still feel better but these are nice.

54 year old runner. Love the Hoka shoes. 9th pair. I'm a first timer with the vanquish. Other than feeling a bit narrow, I do like the shoes a lot. I do a bunch of distance runs and it's been going well.

I am new to Hoka One One. For years I have been wearing Saucony, Adidas, Newton and Altras. About a year ago I was at a running store whom recommended that I try Hoka. I took one look at the sneaker (Bondi) and refused. I tried the Clifton 3 out and have been wearing them since. About a month ago I bought the Vanquish 3. At first I couldn't feel a difference between them and the Clifton 3 beside the weight difference. As I was comparing my runs on Garmin connect I noticed a difference in my run stats. When I ran in the Vanquish 3, my cadence went up without me thinking about it and my HR stayed lower longer among a few other changes like vertical oscillation. I attributed it to being more comfortable in these sneakers. Bottom line, they are definitely worth a try!

59 yr that decided to lose major weight (60 lbs) and run events for my first time ever. Both knees had medial meniscus repairs separately in 2014 and 2016. Since Jan 2015, I run 30 miles/week and can do so year round in Corpus Christi, TX. In Jan 2016, I bought the Bondi 4 and retired these shoes for work only after 2 months as I wanted to go to a lighter shoe and then bought the Constant 2 (no longer sold). The Constant 2 is between the Bondi 4 and Vanquish 3. I improved my times with the Constant 2 and wore most of 2016 until I went to the more stable/less cushion/lighter Vanquish 3 in October. After my 2nd knee surgery in early December and started up again running daily in mid January, I went back to the Bondi, then the Constant 2 but found too many times of tweaking my knee because too much cushion/instability. When I go to the Vanquish 3, the stability gave me less pain through my daily grind. Unfortunately, the Vanquish 3 is getting beat up a bit more faster than the other two. My tread wear is neutral and the Vanquish 3 are perfect for me yet the wear is more obvious with less miles than I am used to. The fit is tighter than I would like as well. I would buy another pair but the overall tightness would not make this shoe comfortable when I convert it to a standard work shoe later. I love the style/looks of the Vanquish 3 in comparison. It really is a better running shoe for my knees and plan to buy another pair but I just ordered the Clifton 3 (midnight navy/metallic gold) to check out.

I am a senior walker and have really enjoyed Hoka shoes. The Vanquish is not nearly as good as the Bondi 5. On the web site it indicated it was as comfortable. I assumed it would be a soft as the Bondi 5 but that is not the case. I would never buy this shoe again. I will go with the Bondi 5.

I got these because they were on sale. I thought they would have good arch support like the other pairs I've bought but they don't. I'd say they have an average arch. I have high arches and plantar fasciitis so need the support. These are ok but I see them breaking down quick. Not as much cushion as my other pair.

Spoiled by the Bondi 4's. I have narrow feet and the toebox is still too narrow. Did stretch them out and they are more comfortable. Not as "plush" as the old Bondi 4's and a little slick on moist roads. I did hear that this might be the end of the line for the Vanquish 3's though.

It's Memorial Day and there's a big sale at Hoka. Except there isn't. None of the shoes that were shown as on sale were available in my size. In several cases "no sizes" were available yet they are still on the website as a Memorial Day sale. I understand that Hoka is just trying to clear out stock that is left over and that they don't want, but to call it a big sale when there are no mens sizes available is poor advertising. And of course my preferred shoe, Bondi 5, is not for sale at all. Life goes on but i expect more from Hoka.

I have narrow, low volume feet.
I buy all my running shoes in size 12 and these seemed fine when fitting.
I have a pair of Cliftons that I LOVE! Soft pillowy ride, not stiff, no blisters.
I have run in the Vanquish 3 times...
First time - 7 miles, Morton's neuroma in my left foot. Also blister on left toe next to pinky. Had me out for a few days.
Second time - 3 miles, Just felt heavy and not real comfortable. Still with the left toe next to the pinky.
Third time - 3 miles, blister on the back of my right foot. Still with the left toe next to the pinky.
Not real happy spending all this money on a shoe that when run in for any distance causes pain.
