I purchased this product after my S&C Coach highly recommended them. I am 8 months post ACL/MCL repair and my other high end shoes could not absorb the amount that I needed for my rehab. I got these and am way ahead of the game with recovery and will compete in the Run Across Ga 2018 as my first event back into it! Thanks so much for a wonderful product that makes everyone I run by wonder what are on my feet.

I am a 72 year old male that takes extended walks and trail hikes of about 12k+ steps (5 miles) every day. 12 months of a year. My walks on are hard surfaces (paved trails and sidewalks) and have significant uphill and downhill components. I started the daily walking regiment about two years ago to help recover from a knee reconstruction surgery.
I own multiple pairs of Hoka shoes and have different models for paved walking and natural trails. This model is the best Hoka I have found for daily walking. Lot's of support around the ball of the foot and very stable sole. The heel is a little tighter (which I like) than on my other Hoka shoes. The cushion sole is typical Hoka. I checked "too narrow" because the toe bed is slightly more narrow than on my other Hoka models. But, they aren't uncomfortable and should stretch out with a little break-in.

The soles have too deep tread for mud to collect and dry in.

I couldn't be happier with this pair. I have been purchasing Hoka brand running shoes for since 2013 but usually get the Bondi model. I took a chance on these because they were on sale. After running in the Vanquish 3 for two weeks I will definitely buy another pair. I get the same cushion with more flexibility in these. Even though I love the Bondi line, it always felt a little stiff at first. Not that case with Vanquish. Thanks Hoka!

I don't like to run, but was challenged by my wife to complete a set number of miles for January. I bought these based on reviews and other word of mouth recommendations and have been using them daily for around two weeks. They are comfortable and stable and perform exactly as described. I also used the sizing recommendation on the Hoka website and it was true, but these were a bit snug on width at first, but have since loosened up.

Bought these for my training and running of my upcoming third marathon. They feel great like all my other Hokas. This is my fourth pair.

Long term foot pain and incredible soreness is completely eradicated. These are very stable and I have over pronation.
I can walk and work 12 hour days again and I have absolutely no pain. The soles are awesome. Shoes definitely runs large. 8.5 Nike vs 8.5 Hoka. A full half size too big. Repurchased a size 8 and like magic perfect. I am a Hoka customer for life.

If you're thinking about the money you're spending on this shoe think less and get ready to enjoy complete comfort no matter what you use this shoe for. Whether it's running, wearing it for comfort, I cannot tell you how much of a difference it's made in my life and the quality of my life. By this shoe immediately if you stumbled across it.

Was really worried that they would change what I loved about the 2 but they nailed it with the Vanquish 3. Still narrow, ultra cushioned, comfy the long runs, best shoe ever for me.

Coming from the Clifton 3, which was my go-to shoe for over a year, the Vanquish 3 is far more responsive and springy. Firmer, for sure. 15 miles in, I'm very pleased. Clifton is pillowy soft, this shoe feels like it'll last quite a bit longer, and the responsiveness is evident as soon as you take off.

I have had the Vanquish 3 for 3 days and use it for walking, Power Walking AND Stairmaster sessions! It is stable, light, and supportive. However, the tongue is TOO TOO short; 2 minutes into my first walk, the tongue began to recede down into the upper lace area; several times during my 30 minute "stroll" I stopped to pull the tongue UP and OUT of the lace area. I have several pair of "dated New Balance 587 shoes" and the tongue is the right length, in essence perfect. PLEASE increase the length of the tongue. Thank you very much.

Been with Hoka since the Bondi B and am an addict!!!! Everybody in the Midwest knows how I feel about my Hokas. ;) I preordered these shoes because I was so excited to see them. Absolutely loved the Clifton and Vanquish 2. When I first got my Vanquish 3 I was immediately concerned that the cushioning I crave was gone. :( However, after putting some long runs on the shoes I now see what they done did. These shoes feel better with every run. Took some breaking in but hang with them they have lasted and lasted when the 2's did seem to get a bit too squishy toward the end of their life cycle.
