I use these shoes for walking daily. They are very comfortable and were a very good fit. I would definitely buy them again.

The shoe is made of a tight fitting nylon across the ball joint and is very uncomfortable. The W Bondi 5 however is perfect and fits like the old AICS walking shoe before it was redesigned. Searching for a distant walking shoe all year. The Hoka One One Bondi 5 is the shoe.

I love these shoes as I have a lot of heel pain, some plantar fasciatis and narrow, over pronated feet.My physical therapist says I have incompetent arches, My husband is a runner (I am mostly a walker) and he highky recommended Hokas to me. About a week ago, I got a chance to try some Hokas and as soon as
I put these Gaviota shoes on, my feet felt so much better! I wear them for every day use and if my heel
is sore when I put them on, they feel relief and no pain after 5 -10 minutes of walking in these. The way they feel? Stable firm support, plenty of room in toe box, nice wrap around feeling on uppers, easy to put on and off with little heel hold. They were expensive in the store $168, now i am looking for another less expensive pair on line as I really enjoy them.

These felt huge on my feet and looked huge. They were very supportive and felt stable, but ultimately were just too big for my feet so I returned.

I really was hopeful that this shoe would be awesome, because my running buddy swore by it. I barely got through a 3-mile run with it. Way too narrow, my feet were numb by the time I finished and I normally easily get by with M for width. I was totally bummed because I did like the padding. I would consider ordering in the future if it was a little wider.

Not like the 3 series. Shoe is hard, stiff & flat. No bounce, cushion or arch support.
Bring back the 3 Series Hoka....please!

I recently had surgery on my toe and have some heel pain. Was looking for something I could stand in all day (for my job) and that I could walk in. This style seemed really comfortable and well padded when I first put them on. After a while I realized that they seem to make me rock back onto my heel, which aggravated my pain. I also live in a hot/humid part of the country, and they just didn't breathe, they were really hot and heavy. Noticed other styles that might work better for me, but not available.

I use these shoes for running on blacktop aka streets. Im training for half marathons and they feel very soft and absorbing of the pavement. My legs and feet dont feel as tired as traditional running shoes do.

I love the style and colors! Hard to find a pair of supportive shoes that I liked!! Usually wear New Balance 9W, I had to get these in an 8W and they fit perfectly! I even put in a thicker orthotic for arch support. I also have a problem with my feet rolling outward and these keep them from doing that too! I hope they will last a while for this price!

Pretty comfy shoe. My first impression we're that mid way on the show the width gets a bit too narrow for comfort. I believe it has something to do with the stability features. Overall I gave three stars for the narrowing and for lack of stock. There were many color options but only one or two had very many sizes available.

Nice shoes, just not enough arch support to help with severe overpronation.

I discovered HOKAs a couple of years ago and they have become my favorite training shoes of all time. I have been a runner and weight lifter for more than 35 years. I am getting older but still work-out 5 days a week and walk 7 days a week. I work a full-time professional job, but replace my heels with HOKAs as soon as I walk in the door. The styling has improved tremendously and I am your best advertisement because I am all about them. I have introduced them to my husband, my friends, and my co-workers. Still working on my kids.......Great product, great fit, and I love this great new styling!

Right out of the box, perfect fit and like a dream. I ordered my regular athletic shoe size, which is half size up from my casual shoes. I have narrow heel, an unstable left ankle, and long feet with some over pronation. This structured stability shoe far surpasses my Asics in support and fit for about $30 more. This shoe makes me feel grounded and stable and stand tall. I also have the Hoka Clifton, which are less stable than this model but also excellent. I do not run anymore, but I feel as if I could in these.

These shoes in the pink neon are great looking, and just what I wanted. However, they were too short and I had to return. I recommend ordering at least one half size up, a whole size up if you wear athletic socks The footbed is cushy and comfortable.

The shoe fit well and was comfortable however, the shoe itself is very large. The outside sole width was nearly an inch wider than my pair of NB.

I almost always wear an 8 in everything and only rarely have to size up 1/2 size which I did based on some of the other reviews and that was still not enough. I've never had an 8.5 too small but these were. So disappointed and I returned them. Other than that, they felt great.

Although the shoe is very comfortable, I am returning it due to the look. My size 10 feet already look huge but this shoe looks GIGANTIC! Disappointed because it really is comfortable.

Longtime fan of the Arahi, I am now in love with this model.
Heel doesn't sink as low as in the Arahi, so this one is much better for running.
Also, it's just a terrific all-around walking shoe.
I give credit to Hoka in general for alleviating my plantar fascia pain. Thank you.

I ran more in my first pair, but am bringing this new pair when I hike the Camino de Santiago. The first pair has worn great so I'm counting on this pair to do the same....about 500 miles ...stay tuned!

I've tried Brooks, New Balance & On. This shoe is awesome if you're looking for a wide toe box that is also a stability shoe. It's the only shoe, I found to correct my pronation. The proof was when I wore them out. The sole was wore off just in the center and not on the sides. Easy break in period. Still provides cushion when woren out. Shoe material holds up to everyday wear.
