I love the styling and the color options of the Melanie. Overall, I like these shoes, however they run a bit on the narrow side, which keeps me from wearing them more or for longer periods of time.

I got these a few months ago and have worn them a few times. Bought them for a trip which had a lot of walking entailed - glad I did not take them on the trip because the first time I wore them for about 9 hours my toes hurt after a few hours. The fit was a little better the next them I wore them so I guess they had to be broken in which I did not like. Will see how they do when next I wear them.

I bought this for a recent trip. Initially they rubbed on the back of my foot which blistered, but then after they stretched a bit, are very comfortable. Wear them for 2 weeks before using on a trip.

I tried these on in a store and they were too wide-maybe when repeatedly tried on they stretch. I did go ahead and order them and they fit:)

These are very cute. A little tight in the outer toe area and the color of the interior leather stained my feet a smidge. Still love them.

I have surgery on my big toe a year ago and I have problems finding comfy shoes until these. The only issue is that the sole comes out every time I take them off.

Bought these hoping they were supportive and they are. Better, comfier, and more refined than simple Vans. The only thing that could be different is that the insert easily slips out whenever you take your foot out. Other than that, great shoe!

All the great reviews are accurate. These are by far the most comfortable flats I've ever owned and I have many many pairs! Right out of the box, it was heaven on your soles. The only reason why I knocked off one star is because the gray color does not reflect the gray showed online. Mine were a lavender/purple color. If it wasn't for not being so comfortable and wanting to wear these right away, I would have tried to exchange them for another pair in hopes they are the gray as displayed. For sure, I'll be saving up for another pair because they are pricy but totally worth it with the high quality and comfort it provides.

I don't wear flats. Let me rephrase: the only flats I wear are knock around the house flip flops. Felt I needed to add a staple to my summer go-to shoes to toss in a bag wherever I go. These are just what I needed. I never got into the Keds fad, so I don't have much to compare, but he'd are comfortable, chic, and continue to break in with wear. They are pricey for slip on sneakers, but they'll stick around for a long time to Come, much like most of my other Frye loves!

I returned the Melanie's but not regret it-- they were tight but I should have gone up a half-size. They were nice enough to wear to work due to the leather quality but also comfortable and great for casual wear.

I bought these a week ago and wore them to my niece graduation. The leather was hard but after wearing them for awhile, I will break them in. Overall, I'm glad I purchased them they can be paired with everything.

I'm definitely a fan of Frye shoes! Purchased my first pair a month ago. Since then I've purchased two pair of Carson flats. The red and a black pair. Love them so comfortable. I only wish the black ones were more of a distressed color. The red ones are a lighter/darker shades of red. Gorgeous.

I really loved the look of this show. Bought it in the grey color which I think is actually a beautiful taupe. It runs small. I always wear a 7.5 M in Frye shoes and boots, but probably need an 8 M. I returned it and will try to find an 8 to try on before purchasing another pair.

I was looking all over for a simple, slip-on in the fawn color with white detail. So I find these and of course need to buy them. They pinch my toes so bad! The length is right, but they are tight from above. I can't wait for the leather to loosen up.

Cute shoes, comfortable, true to size. Would recommend to regular -narrow feet.

I wear these flats all day like a slipper they are so comfortable. I like an unfussy shoe style and these are it. The bumper style front saves me from stubbing my toes while I'm running around all day.

I bought these in grey and do like the color. The shoe is more narrow than pictured and do make your feet look long. Because all of my other Fryes are amazing, I'll wait until they're broken in to be judgy.

I bought these in gray. I was hoping for a true gray color but these are more of a taupe. They are butter soft and fit great. I am keeping them despite the color because they are so comfortable. I went to a local store to buy the same shoes in black. I tried on two black pair in the same size but both were much narrower than the gray pair. If I could find a black pair sized like the ones I bought I would buy them and the white color also.

I love these shoes, the look and feel are great but the sole is wearing out and I'm not as impressed by the quality of fryes as I used to be.
