Gorgeous color. Runs small. I generally wear an 8-10 depending on the store but the large in this coat was fitted around the hips and strangely tight under the arms. The chest was big but I am an A cup with a pear shape. Ended up returning.

Just got jacket!!! Loveeeee the color! Its a little thinner that what i expected! I usually wear a M but got a large its just a big bigger but manageable! Cant wait to wear it this winter!!!

I really like this coat, I'm surprised by the other reviews. I wanted a well-fitted raincoat and found it! I love the thermal insulation. It's warm, but also not bulky. I like the length for more coverage on rainy days and the hood fits very well too. Great quality. I'm typically a medium in tops, but the medium in black I originally ordered was a bit too snug around the waist/hips and in the arms. I liked the black, but I returned it for a large in the taupe and it fits much better/I like the color. Would recommend!

This is my favorite winter coat ever! I got it in the end of spring 2016 and have used it two winters in a row so far! Every year I look forward to wearing it because it is just long enough to have good coverage but not so much where it makes me look like a hobbit, which is easy to do with parkas since I am 5'2". It is stylish and has a slim fit, but the inner insulation is flexible enough to allow layers. It is very warm in Iowa winters and waterproof which is a must. I love how the inside is insulated and the outside is flat so you don't look like a marshmallow. It also has really great roomy and convenient pockets!!! Im so glad they are still selling it because I will always want one in my life! 10/10!

I love this jacket. It is light and very comfortable. I cannot wait to wear it on our trip to Ireland in Sept.

In preparation for a May trip to Scotland, I bought and returned many jackets. This is the one I ended up choosing and I am so glad I did! A friend traveling with me bought the same jacket as well. We both absolutely loved it. It was the perfect jacket for cool weather (mid 40's to lower 60's), strong winds, and rain showers. Just pull on the hood and go! We are both 5 foot 9-ish and 130/140 lbs- medium was perfect.

I am 5'3", 104 lbs. I wear an XS and this coat was no exception. I also ordered a S to compare sizes and the sleeves swallowed my hands. I was afraid the XS would be too tight in the armpits, but it has not been restrictive, even layered over sweaters. I was shopping for a coat that would hit mid thigh, be warm enough for Kansas winters (mostly mild, but can get well below 0), waterproof, machine washable, and wipeable (I have young kids and I seem to attract food and snot smears). My previous coat was a wool pea coat and was warm enough, but not easy to clean. This Ancha Parka has exceeded my expectations. It was my first TNF purchase and I was able to snag one on a great sale. I have been sold on TNF ever since. The zippers have held up, it is great in the rain, keeps me warm, hood is a great size, etc. I bet I have washed it 10 times this winter (hang to dry) and it looks brand new still. I have no complaints!!!

Great Parka, casual wear. The only con sleeve is too long.

In bought and returned about 5 different jackets from various brands before I kept this one. It is great. I thought it maybe a bit too lean in the hips, but it fits like a glove. The down is just enough to keep me warm, but light enough to wear when it's not freezing outside. I live in Napa and needed something that allowed me to be outside in rainy / cold weather. I am 5'11 and the sleeves are just long enough. I LOVE this jacket. LOVE.

I am so happy I found this coat! I purchased the black so I can wear it everyday with anything and it looks stylish. I am 5'9"/160lbs and would typically wear a medium. However, because this jacket is a heavier weight and I'll be wearing it on colder days, I purchased the large. The fit is comfortable and somewhat fitted, but doesn't look huge like a lot of the winter coat's I've seen. I've only had this coat for a month and have gotten a ton of use from it. Two negatives that haven't been a deal breaker are that the zipper get's stuck once in awhile and the hood doesn't cover my face as well as I would like if it's pouring rain. But again, I love this jacket and am very happy with the purchase. .

This gift was enthusiastically received to my delight. It fits perfectly. Has all the qualities of what it was priced at. Our experience with North face is that their products last and stand up to daily use. It is definitely a keeper.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter who lives in Seattle but travels to see us in E. WA. She reports it will perform well for both climates. The size XS fit her well, she is 5'4, and about 100 pounds. It looks great and is comfortable and functional.

I received this jacket just before a huge wind/rain storm. It fit perfectly and kept me warm and dry.

exactly what I was looking for in a fall jacket: waterproof, warm, stylish, covers my butt, and a reasonable price. I'd say that it runs a bit small, I'm 5'8 150 lbs, usually a medium (which is what I ordered) and it's a bit more snug than I would've expected. love it though, can still layer it over a sweater! definitely recommend for fall in the northeast!

This jacket is warm and moveable without making me look like a huge puff ball. I've bought jackets from Colombia in the past and I don't like how puffy they are.
