I love the style but the zipper is so cheap and it jams so much that I might be returning it. Was not expecting something like that for a brand like this one. I also think it is noisy.

I live in the Pacific Northwest and this is an awesome weight for 35-50 and raining. I have been searching for a rain coat that doesn't leave me freezing, and this is it! The lichen color is beautiful. I'm tallish, 5'10'', but with a long torso and arms. The coat doesn't fit great - I got a medium for the arm length and shoulder width, and it's almost long enough in the arms and fits well in the shoulders. It's very baggy around the middle and even the drawstring waist can't fix that. Also - the drawstring hits above my natural waist, so it's just a bit awkward. BUT - it keeps me dry and warm and that was the goal, so it's a total keeper! This is the warmth in a rain jacket I've been searching for.

My boyfriends mother absolutely loved this jacket and used it immediately. It fit wonderfully, true to size. You can't tell from the online photo but it does come with a hood. Very warm and stylish jacket, great length and tailored fit! Would buy again for myself!

Perfect jacket for fall and spring weather - wind and waterproof with just enough insulation. Can also be used in the warmer winter weather and/or colder weather if layering underneath the jacket. I love the length.

I absolutely love how comfortable this Parka feels. It's warm and I look stylish all at the same time. I felt it was a bit small for Medium because it literally fits perfectly and I would like to have a bit more room for when I wanted to layer crazy. But other than that I couldn't be more happier. I hate wearing hoods because of how crazy I look but I actually wear the hood with this jacket because I still look stylish without looking like i'm just trying to be warm with a big hood that's bigger than my face. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
This a nice transitional jacket, fall/spring. It's probably a little heavier than most people would wear at that time of year but i'm always cold. I love that it's waterproof (although i've yet to test that feature) and the detachable hood. The length is great. It's a good compromise between a dressy trench coat and a sporty, waterproof coat. The only cons: The zipper is very finicky. The collar looks ridiculous and sticks up and out when you remove the hood. Other than that it's a great buy!

It was a gift to my daughter who is off to college in the northeast. She will need it walking around campus.

It's a great raincoat for New England where the weather is unpredictable. Great overall jacket!

I've worn this jacket several times now, and I love it! Michigan can have very unpredictable spring weather, and this has been great for it. I've mostly worn it for walking around town. It has been through light snow, rain, and wind and it has kept me warm and dry. I even got a few comments from my friends that they like the style. The only con is that the zipper gets stuck at the bottom every now and then.

Love the warm of this jacket ... not just a rain coat; keeps you warm too. I always have problems with double zippers ... this jacket is no exception... sometimes it's frustrating to get the zipper started.

I bought it for my gf, she loves it! We own lots of north face products, everything from north face is of the best quality, I did notice on this jacket, the zippers could be better. Other than that, it's perfect! One thing I wasn't happy with is that north face does not do price match, a week after I bought this jacket I found it at a different store for about $60 less, so I called north face asking for a price match, specially since I'm a frequent customer. No price match...

This jacket is great. I purchased it to wear to and from work as I walk quite a distance and to wear while I watch rugby matches outside. It keeps me warm and dry from the rain and wind. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that it runs a bit small. I would recommend going up a size especially if you want to layer and the zipper tends to stick. Otherwise I am very happy with it.

Bought this coat for my college aged daughter and she really liked it but we exchanged for a different North Face that was a little longer - she is over 5'8" and wanted a little more length for coverage. Coat looked great on her - nice cut.

I love this jacket and it's perfect for what I needed it for. It keeps me dry and warm when the weather is wet! My only complaint is the zipper can be difficult to pull up at times. I would recommend this jacket for anyone that lives where it rains a lot and the temps are cooler.

It's a cute jacket. Maybe good in a city when you are in and out of cars or buildings. Not warm enough for winter on the Oregon Coast. If you like a looser fitting jacket, with room for a sweater then order a size larger than you usually do. The sleeves are not long enough for cold wet weather.

The Ancha is a well-made coat, good for cold, rainy days. It has good features such as water-repellent fabric, warm lining, zipper pockets including a commuter pocket in the sleeve for your transit pass. However, the fit is a bit odd. It is rather snug around the waist/hips area. I'm fairly petite with a boyish shape and still found it a bit too snug. If you sized up, it would be to big everywhere else. The sleeves are also very long, about 2 inches too long for me. I have to tuck them up. It's a very serviceable coat that can be worn even in colder weather, but I wish it fit better. I think the fit makes it look not very stylish. I also wish it was a little longer.

Lightweight but still warm and waterproof. Was a nice jacket until the zipper broke on the second day of use.
