These shorts are comfortable, light weight and nice for hiking! My only wish is that they were a little slimmer thru the thigh! I usually wear a size 2-4/26-27 and got a size small.

Bought these not knowing if they'd fit my legs and they're perfect. In fact, I bought the pants, capris, and shorts in the same collection and I'm back to get more colors. They are so comfortable and lightweight. They're perfect for casual use or hiking. The pockets are made of mesh and they sit nicely and don't pucker when you walk. I can't say enough good things about these shorts.

My favorite new pair of shorts! Great for hiking and traveling as well as lounging and running around. I like the moisture-wicking and quick-drying, especially useful for active lifestyle and for Hawaii life. Two different lengths for different comfort/modesty levels. I now have 3 pairs of these shorts - 2 in the 6-inch length, 1 in the 4-inch length. XS fits me well - 5'0", 105 lbs - petite!

These shorts are amazing. The fit is perfect- I ave several athletic pair in another brand and they always ride up. These shorts do not ride up and are the perfect length. They are not too short and are super cute. I had to buy 3 colors for hiking and general summer wear.

These shorts are extremely comfortable; no binding at the waist! The material is wrinkle-resistant, making them great for travel. They dry quickly too! The 6" (also called "long" by the manufacturer) inseam is long enough to cover your upper thighs without looking frumpy. I'm only 5 feet tall, and have trouble finding flattering shorts (4" is too short and 8" is too long). I have these shorts in in four colors (a light orange, light gray, olive green, and light tan). Very cute and comfortable! (Note: If you wear form-fitting t-shirts, you can cut a couple tiny holes in the inside of waistband and thread the drawstring through and tie it on the inside, giving you a smooth outside waistband.

These are my favorite pair of shorts! They are comfy enough for snuggling at home, in bed, but nice enough to wear out and about. I love pairing them with my Clarks Brinkley Nora sandals, and the North Face baseball cap in this color. Super cute! These are nice if you're looking for a more modest length. I got the longer of the two, and I am glad I did. They are not "old-lay-ish" at all. Also, you can pull them up a bit, or fold the waistband over if you want to wear them shorter. The waistband will lie completely flat. These make your bottom look fantastic! I also love the pockets and the cute zipper pocket is the perfect size for your id, credit card, house key, and a chapstick, if you are walking or hiking. These keep you fresh and cool on a hot day, too. Because of the nature of this type of fabric, I'd recommend wearing seamless, or thong undies, under these, or you will have major VPL, haha!

This shorts are super cute and comfortable, but they are definitely not durable. I wore them one time to go sailing and the entire backside is snagged and pilling. I wasn't racing a boat, either. This was a very quiet daysail on a very smooth-surfaced boat. Sadly, these shorts just didn't make the grade.

I ordered my usual size small and they fit perfect. These are my new favorite shorts. They are light weight but still look nice. Perfect for the heat and humidity here in Houston.

I love these shorts. I own them in black and bought another pair in khaki. I wear them into and out of work as opposed to my terrible wardrobe issued khaki shorts. These are an appropriate length (not to my knees but also not too short) and are super comfortable. I haven't hiked with them yet, but I plan to take them to Africa in January too.

I generally hate hiking shorts but these are fantastic! They fit as expected and look cute all while being very comfortable on the trail!

Love these shorts! Super comfortable. I purchased a pair in every color. They hold up well when washing.

Great shorts - lightweight, stylish enough for casual dinners or all day outings - but durable and comfortable enough for athletic outings or hikes. I am an avid dog walker and usually end up at a trail bar or restaurant after - these shorts make the transition well. I loved the 1st pair - so I bought 2 more. My only concern is that they wear down easily - so require hand wash or gentle cycle with air dry to preserve them.

These shorts are so comfortable! They fit great and perform well, from lounging to running. I especially love the pockets, which are unfortunately such a rarity in women's activewear.

Im SO happy I purchased these! I was shocked at the quality as the photo provided simply does not do these justice. I purchased a L; I’m a proportional 12-14 depending on brand/cut & these fit like a glove. They have some give & are lightweight. While I’m not hippy I make up for that with my thighs so Im not experiencing the issues other reviewers have of wanting a more fitted leg opening - they’re perfect!
