Was little weary to go-to these as the heal drop is lower than the triumph iso but was very much impressed. I did not have to lower my mileage with the transition. I've been wearing Saucony triumphs Iso 2 and 3 for my long runs and use the Freedom for speed work. I would highly recommend. I'm a Saucony runner. My runners go where I go.

Definitely need a half size larger than normal. Loved the feel, but they could use better venting. My feet are quite hot compared to my usual brand.

This shoe is one of the most comfortable for road running. The upper is the most comfortable of any Saucony shoe. The EVERUN in the sole is amazing!

I am in LOVE with the Freedom ISO!! I have tried so many different shoes for my long run (literally about 10) and could not find one that worked for me. I have custom orthotics and some shoes didn't have removable insoles, some the toe box was too narrow for me, others would give me blisters, some shoes the ride was too stiff, and the list goes on. I am a huge fan of the small (4mm) heel to toe drop these shoes offer with an amazing ride for my long runs. It is seriously the best of both worlds! Saucony please never change this shoe it is perfect!! I will be buying a few more pairs just to have! I am so happy to have found this shoe after about three years of trial and error with my long run shoes!

Great shoe to run in. Very light weight. If your looking for cushioning, look else where.

I have been running in Zealots and love them, but when my local running store stopped carrying them they introduced me to the Freedoms. The price point was surprising at first and I took these shoes for a test ride on the treadmill and they felt awesome. The shoe has a sock feeling to them and they do not break down at all in the toe box. I found my Zealots doing that on the fabric. They have 70 miles on them already and feel as good as day 1. They are light, love the blue (get lots of compliments on them) and the 4mm drop is awesome. I recently ran a 10K race in them and they were sooo comfy! Pricey but worth every penny. I will be buying another pair when 300miles rolls around.

I were a size 6 in most shoes. I always buy a 6.5 in running shoes. I have worn a number of Saucony in the past and always worn a 6.5. In these shoes my toes were right on the end of the 6.5, so I returned them for a 7 (a size I have never ordered before for any reason). They seem really comfortable, so I am crossing my fingers the bigger size works.
I'd also recommend:
asics (not quite as much support for knees as saucy) and hoka (if you have a wide foot)

These shoes are fantastic. They make me want to run. They have great cushion yet are very lightweight. I want another pair! Shh don't tell my husband. I was fitted for these at a running store and the person their suggested these because of the cushion and how it might help my significant back issues since I refuse to give up running. I get tons of comments about them as well.

I bought the Freedom Iso a couple of weeks ago at the recommendation of a friend. Previously I'd been wearing the Zealots. I have a narrower foot and these fit perfectly in the toe box. They are generally just a very comfy shoe. They feel a lot more responsive and springy with each step than any previous shoes I've worn. Seems as if they distribute force in such a way that my lower legs/ calves are not as fatigued during longer or harder runs. I also like the extra grip on the bottom of the shoe- they really don't slide much on slippery surfaces Only complaint I would mention is that if there is ANY water whatsoever on the ground, somehow it finds its way into the toe box of this shoe. Even when just walking. This isn't the case with the Zealot, and is very annoying when it's cold outside! But, overall I love them and I think they will serve me well in both training and racing.

I was wary of a $160 pair of shoes, but pulled the trigger when I got a gift card that offset some of the cost. I have 100 miles on the shoes and am impressed. They are light, but have enough cushion and support for regular and long runs. They respond well when picking up the pace. I have a recent 10k PR in them and plan on using them in an upcoming half. The shoe fits a little shorter than other Saucony shoes have for me, but the upper is stretchy and I've had no issues with blisters or toes hitting the front. I was able to stick with my normal size. I'm most impressed with how little wear is showing on the outsole. With 100 miles there is very little visible wear, so I think this will be a durable pair of shoes and worth the price.

I preordered the Freedoms when they were on the way, and I adored them from the first run! I'm a bit of a shoe-a-holic, usually rotating eight or nine pairs, but I keep coming back to these. I notice that the Freedoms feel almost like slippers....so comfortable, and I feel like I'm a softer stepper in these shoes. I am lighter on my feet and use a faster turnover. I hope you'll continue this line, and I love the new colors--just ordered the berry ones!

I just got these and I normally run I the Asics Nimbus (sorry Saucony) but I was struggling with the newer version and the retailer said for me to try these. They are very comfortable and I ran in them for the first time today. They felt great! The only thing is that I struggle at times from plantar fasciitis and I'm not sure it if it will have enough support for my ankle / heel. It doesn't feel as secure as the nimbus but I will run in them a few times and see how it goes but so far this has been a great experience especially with my first Saucony shoe.

I've been running in the Saucony Kinvara and Zealot for several years, but I think they're going to have to take a backseat to the Freedom. The full-length EVERUN is like running on clouds. It was comfortable from the get go and required no breaking in, similar to the Kinvara. I've only run medium distances (4-6) miles in these, but I can't wait to test them out on long runs. No hot spots from the beginning and I usually get them for 1-2 wears as I break shoes in. Definitely order a half size larger than your normal size. I wear an 8 in the Kinvara and sized up to an 8.5 in the Freedom.

I think I've finally found "the one"! This shoe is awesome. I use it primarily for running, HIIT and kickboxing classes. The cushioning is amazing and really does run the length of the shoe. Stability is good too and I love the low heel rise and the way the laces stay put once I cinch them up. The only negative was the sizing. This shoe DEFINITELY runs a half size small which I proved to myself by holding the sole up against one of my other Saucony sneaks. I normally wear a woman's size 11.5 but had to return and re-order in a size 12 which I've never worn before. The shoe also seemed a bit wide, hence the tight cinching of the laces. That being said, this is the favorite shoe in my closet and I can't wait to order it in the berry color!

I love this shoe! But it does run small. I ordered a half size up and it works perfectly for me. I normally run in the Nike Vomero and this is a good comparison as far as shoe type. I have been running in mine for 3 months now training for a full. Only complaint is this shoe does not do well in rain, even the slightest...including water kicked up from the ground after it rains. During a long run I had to swap shoes because they were soaked and squishy (while the other 2 ladies that I was running with were fine). Also the toe seam where the cloth meets the plastic has developed a hole (and no the shoes are not too small). I contacted running warehouse who I purchased them through and they are sending a replacement since it's within the 90 day period from purchase). I love love love this shoe so I hope the hole doesn't repeat on the next pair.

This shoe is amazing! I switched to New Balance from Asics because I thought they were too heavy. New Balance completely messed up my ankle and I was out for three months. Apparently this happens to a lot of people. So I decided to try these out and they're AMAZING. Lightweight, comfortable, and the laces are easy to maneuver.

I love the look of this shoe. I sure wish I could run in it forever though. My first run was pretty uncomfortable. I'm usually a size 7 and went up a whole size and it was still a little too snug. My pinky toe hurt throughout the whole run. I figured I would give it two more runs to break them in, and now they are starting to feel more comfortable again. Not planning on using this one for long distance though.

I have bought this exact same pair of shoes three times now (I love them, and it's the only shoes I have found that are not hard on my knees). Also, they come in the best colors!! All three pairs have lead the same demise due to the plastic on the toe not coming up far enough. I keep my toenails short and bought a half size bigger but it always happens. I love Saucony and will continue buying Freedoms but hope they reinforce the toe.

These shoes came recommended to me by a running store owner and he did not disappoint. They're great for all of my training during the week - great support, excellent cushioning, very light - and even work well for speed work. The only thing is that the upper is a little delicate. I'm worried I'll rip through the top of them with my big toe and the material on the side ripped by the toe rand. Not a huge deal, I just glued it back together. Ordered a half-size up and they fit perfectly.

I have several pairs of Saucony shoes and love them. This pair seems to run on the small side. Will be sending them back for an exchange for the next 1/2 size. Great looking shoe and very comfortable otherwise.

I usually wear the Hurricanes but I wanted a lighter work out sneaker. With an orthotic ( which I wear) the sneaker seems to run a little low at the ankle. But I really find these to be great in the gym sneakers. They are flexible and extremely comfortable!

I now have 2 pair because the 9.5 was too small and I already wore them. So I just received a 10M. I guess I will give the size 9.5 to a charity. Except for the problem with the size, I think they are very nice.
