You need a whole size up in this shoe. Otherwise they are amazing to run in. There is great cushioning and arch support for a neutral foot.

It is very comfortable and amazing running shoes for mileage the cushions worked for a very long time and they are amazing shoes.

Unlike the reviewers who found this running shoe a half size too small, the pair I bought fit perfectly, with a toe box that was neither too wide or too narrow, excellent cushioning, no chafing at the heel and no need to work them in before using on the treadmill. These are the most cushioned, comfortable pair of runners I've bought. I give them five stars!

This is the best shoe I've ever had. I started training for my first 5K three months ago. I literally went from the couch (for 21 years of the 42 years I've lived, so literally no exercise for 1/2 of my life) to training. I purchased Saucony because they were highly recommended by many in my Run for God group. I took them out of the box and started running in them, no need to break/wear in. They are by far the best fit, best performance shoe I have had in my life. The explanation on the website is exactly word for word what I would use to explain this shoe. It is amazing, I don't understand how but you can literally feel the energy return from every step pushing you to the next. I love them so much, ordered a pair for my daughter and an extra pair for me.

love the feel and weight of this shoe, i have run a pb in 5k and have run 3 solid marathons in this shoe. I know i have good shoes on if after 20 miles you are not even thinking or feeling any discomfort in your feet. The only think i can say is when you make turns you will feel the shoe twist, so they are not stable say like the Triumphs. So be careful on the quick turns, but your feet turnover will feel effortless.

I'm an avid runner and recently have developed PF pain and some arch pain. I've gone thru multiple brands of shoes, tried inserts, and even had to take time off from training. I was starting to fear that I'd have to hang up my laces or forever deal with excruciating pain...... until I found these shoes. The cushioning on these is perfect: responsive and springy without the clunky weight. The streamlined fit and upper material is just a bonus (and had I not needed the cushioning, the material alone would have sold me). I've been running in these and do not have the excruciating pain I was suffering from before. These shoes are a saving grace and have allowed me to hit the road and actually enjoy running again. Highly recommend. (Order 1/2 size up- they do run small).

I have bought three of these shoes and loved them. But my third shoe I bought seemed to be a lot bigger than the others. I buy a size 6 and it fits fine. I bought the blue ones first, then the blue and yellow ones, and I just bought the purple and pink ones. I'm just confused as to why the sizes are different if they are the same shoe..? With the photo attached I put my toes up so you can see the differences. I know people prefer the extra space, but I do not

Love them. Soft heel counter is key for me with past Achilles issues. Hope they don't change the model.

So comfortable and stylish! Nice to not have big ugly clunky sneakers to workout with! Great support - runs about half a size small. I normally wear an 8. Got an 8.5 and they’re perfect.

I've worn Saucony shoes forever. The Freedoms are by far the most amazing shoes I've ever owned. I average 20-30 miles per week and the Freedoms last well past the 6 month mark. Until these beauties came out I used the Rides and Triumphs, but they were well-worn by 6 months of usage. Great shoes, but the Freedoms outlast them all. The Everrun technology from toe to heel has changed the game. The response and cushion are by far the best I've had in a shoe. These shoes are worth every penny. I love them. Wish I could have every color!

I've been a large fan of the kinvara but just tried the Freedom because of the increased cushioning that is touted. I'm pretty sure this is my new favorite road shoe (vs trail). Comfortable, great fit, and the crystal rubber sole is amazing!

I love these shoes! Just beware if you are buying them to run in go one size larger than your Running size not actual shoe size. I wear a 10 run in 11 and has to get a 12 for long run length. Other than that these are seriously some of the most comfortable I’ve ever put on not to mention they are very light.

I liked the fit and the cushion - I wear a 8 in regular shoes and ordered a 9 in these. I couldn't get past the style. It wasn't attractive to me and I was hoping function over beauty would convince me, but it didn't these go back. Plus both my daughter and husband were like - no way. Maybe gray is a better way to go.

I have always run in Triumph for about 20years - switched around a few times during then but always came back to the faithful Triumphs as nothing else left me happy and injury free. Whilst trying to find a new pair of T's yesterday, I stumbled across the Freedom's (i'm blinkered to other shoes - i go with what I know after 20yrs of reliability) - tried them on and bounced around the shop like a kid in a candy store. Wow. I didn't think the T's could be bettered; but the Freedoms are incredible. Went for my first run this morning and my running Mojo is back. What's not to like? Great colours, 4mm offset, great shoe fit/lacing and comfort. Way to go Saucony!

I love the Freedom ISO! I liked it very much when I tried it in the store...and even more while running with it. In fact, I now have a problem running with my other shoes. I ran 2 half marathons in them. I own two pairs, the citron blue and the Endless Summer. Love them both!

Love these shoes for running and walking. So light and comfy! Wanted to order a second pair in what I perceived as a more neutral color "citron blue", but the picture on Zappos doesn't reflect the actual color of these shoes unfortunately. Will have to return / swap these :(

I followed another reviewer and went up a whole size, which I NEVER do. I wear a size 5, a 5.5 in running shoes and ordered the 6. I think I probably could have been fine in the 5.5, because the toe box area is wide to me. The 6 fits fine as I have a thumbs width which is what you need for running, but they are just a bit wide. Gonna keep anway and just lace them up tighter. I LOVE the color, prettier in person!

This shoe really does run about a half size small. I read, but didn't trust, the reviews. I have to return one pair and order a larger size. I can't rate this shoe until I get the new, larger pair.

I went to a running store to get fitted for a running shoe because I have always experienced backaches with the shoes I normally bought (Nike, Adidas, etc.). I have a minimal arch almost flat foot and I don't pronate or have much movement in my ankle when I run so the sales associate recommended this shoe for me. When I put in on it felt like air. It didn't weight me down and it felt as if I were walking on a cloud. There wasn't a tight fit and even though I got a half size bigger, my foot didn't slide while walking or running. I've had these shoes for about a month now and I will never go back to Nike or Adidas. I don't experience any pain and I actually love running again. I typically run on a track or on the street and with both, I haven't had any pain. They're super comfortable whether you're walking or running. I HIGHLY recommend this shoe.

Love this shoe so far! But need to re-order in a size up. I should have known when I ordered my new pair of street feet insoles to go with them and had to cut them down. But still would highly recommend trying this shoe out!!

I've worn the Boston Freedom ISOs for a lottle over a week, including two weekends of back to back long runs. These are my new favorite shoes! They are very light and low profile, but feel very cushiony. My feet feel better after my long runs than they do with my Triumphs. I usually wear a size 8.5 (.5 size up from street shoes) but got a size 9 because I read that they run small and they fit perfect.

In love with this shoe! I usually wear Saucony Rides and Guides, so this was a bit different. Lighter, lower in profile, but the most comfortable sproingy sole! Love running in it. Had to get a half size up to get the sizing right, but glad I did. The runs feel great.

I'm recovering from surgery on my Achilles and needed a shoe with a high differential but I also wanted a lightweight shoe. That is a very tough combination to find but this shoe works great! It has great support and I love the blue (aqua) color. It runs very, very small. I wear a 10 in all shoes, so I go up to a 10.5 or 11 in running shoes, but since I'm recovering from an injury and won't be running for a while, I thought I could get away with 10.5. Not even close! I had to go up to 11.5. I'd suggest ordering up a full size.
