Asics!! What have you done to the toe box? This shoes is very cushy, very comfortable to wear. The problem, the toe box, even in a wide. Is too narrow and too short. I have worn this brand for years, looks like it's time to move on.

These shoes are running very short

I have worn several Asics styles (mostly gel)that accommodate my orthotics and are very reasonably priced. But they do not last. I tried to upgrade to this shoe thinking they'd last longer because they cost more. But, alas, they do not accommodate my orthotic. They are not deep enough so my big toe bone rubs like crazy. Too bad. I returned them.

I have been buying a six my whole life and this is the first time in eight has ever been too small. Returning for a half size larger as I love the shoe just disappointed in the in accurate sizing.

My last pair of sneakers were GT-2000 and these feel significantly smaller, definitely size up compared to previous versions. I loved the navy blue and pink color but ultimately had to return because I found a pair of Altra shoes that were much more comfortable, and had zero drop which gave me better alignment. I've always been an asics person in the past when I've been fitted at running stores, but since have chronic pain and multiple illnesses, I needed something with more cushion and better alignment for my back.

Weirdly tight around the back of shoe opening, had to return.

Really cute but shoe runs a little short and a little narrow. Could not get my custom orthotics in the shoe even though I ordered a D width. Disappointing.

Ordered several pairs of Asics which I had to return. Returning these as well. Expense sneakers, not worth the price. Not made true to size. Quality just not there for the price.

A disappointment compared to the older model of same shoe. First shoe was 7.5 This is an 8 and still tight. Sole is good for those who walk on gravel etc. It will not pick up a lot a gravel to be tracked!

I have a hard-to-fit foot that is short and wide. I've worn a size 5.5 2E in both Brooks and New Balance running shoes over the years. I tried both a 5.5 2E and a 6 2E in the Asics GT-2000 5. The 5.5 2E was too short. My toes hit the front of the shoe. The size 6 2E fit both length and width of my foot. The sides were too high and hit my ankle bone making it uncomfortable just standing up in the shoe. Had to return both sizes.

My daughter has had several pair of this style from Asics but these fit differently. Its almost as if they are too wide, the fabric seam alongside the laces buckles when she takes a step and that crease pressed up against her foot. Guess we'll have to find a new style.

I have returned these shoes twice due to ill fitting, sending the 3rd pair back today. I love Asics and never had a problem with the Gels or Nimbus line. But this shoe is very narrow and short. However, Zappos has been a very good company to deal with in regards to the return policy. I'll continue to purchase from them.

As a couple of other reviewers have written (and I ignored them!), these were about a half-size short, compared with my other Asics shoes, and not as wide as a true WW shoe. The toe box narrows in the front, and so rubbed directly on my bunion. I had to return them and buy a pair of SAS shoes in the same size, which fit perfectly.

The tongue is significantly shorter than prev. & other models, so it slides off to one side after very little activity, negatively affecting comfort. Cheapened the shoe; it's not nearly as comfy as prev. models

I usually wear Brooks Adrenaline, but the redesign of that shoe, which created a very narrow toebox has forced me to consider other options. In normal shoes I wear 9.5AA. I ordered up to an 11AA in the ASICS GT-2005 and my big toe was still hitting the side of the toe box where it begins to taper. I have a very narrow heel, and the heel of the shoe fit great. The shoe was very comfortable overall. I guess I'll continue my sneaker hunt.

This shoe was way too narrow for me, and I normally wear a narrow and have before in Acics shoes.

Based on reviews I ordered half a size larger than I normally wear and wide width (D). The wide width feels more like regular width and the toe box crushes the toes.

Really great style. However size felt full size smaller than stated. Width felt narrower. I had to order a full size larger

I had to go up a half size in Asics this year. There is a lot of difference between a 7.5 and an 8, so the 7.5 is too short and they 8 feels feel quite long. These are hard in the sole, with a lot of pressure on the ball of the foot and less flex. I did not care for the feel. Am returning them.

I love Aspics but this pair runs small by a whole size! Will have to try a different model

Felt small and very hard. I'm wearing a pair of Asics now, so thought these would be a slam dunk, but also tried a pair of Mizuno and Saucony as well. Ended up purchasing New Balance 1260v6 shoes instead. I realize that I have a difficult foot to fit. I wear a women's size 12 2A. So happy that Zappos has a SELECTION for me to try!

Toe box not deep enough for my foot. Not as comfortable as New Balance.

Love these sneakers! Felt like I was running on a padded cushion- I am very happy with this purchase and look forward to years with the Asics brands!

I have worn Asics for many years but they have somehow changed their sizing. Narrow. Not the shoe it used to be.
