This product has to be charged. The lights on my son's is poor one shoe keeps going out he jas worn them TWICE. I saw one of the shoes were out the DAY HE WORE THEM!!! Just to make sure it wasn't just him putting it on strobe BUT NO!!!! LET YOUR CHILD WEAR THEM INSIDE FOR A DAY AND REALLY WATCH THE SHOES!!!!!

I bought these shoes for my son and the lights stopped working the second time that he used them. His heart broken after that because he choosed them Just for that reason. Was His worst birthday gift ever

Bought these for my 7 year old son, and he absolutely loved them. Unfortunately, they stopped working about a month after buying them. Only half of the lights worked on one shoe, and the other shoe had random color lights appear when the entire shoe was supposed to be a solid color. The store where they were purchased would no longer assist us in exchanging them, so we had to ship them back to the warehouse. After waiting for months, we finally received a replacement pair which ALSO stopped working within just a few weeks! They worked right out of the box, but would not charge. So frustrating. I have been trying to contact customer service to arrange yet another replacement pair, but was told they don't typically offer replacements for replacements. As this is obviously a defect with the shoes, seems like Skechers should do the right thing and replace these shoes. Perhaps some quality control for their products prior to providing to customers would be helpful.

This is our 2nd time charging the shoes and one shoe will not work.

No to purchasing shoes with lights

bought a pair for my son for his birthday, gave them to him beginning of October 2017. within a few days I had to return because some of the lights were not working correctly. got a new pair. the new pair, half the lights are no longer working and it has only been just over a month. very upsetting for a small child

I bought my daughter a pair of Sketchers Girl's Energy Lights shoe few month back. she loves them she only wears it a few times , but the left shoe went out and has never worked while the right shoe perfectly working. I don't recommend it

Great idea and look...i get it they're brand new (1st generation) shoe...nothing but problems...sketcher store has been more than helpfull with exchanges but im on my 3rd pair for my daughter in as many months...1st pair there was malfunction with the lights, 2nd pair one shoe would not hold a charge, 3rd pair i now have to jam the charing plug into charging port to make a conncetion and the function button on the shoe works whenever it feels like it...tounge of shoe is off center...also if you click both of the shoes onto a flash color setting at the same exact time, they will fall out of time...that is being a little picky i understand but come on...lol...great idea but...lets call it design flaws...im done making half hour trips each way to exhcange them...maybe with some work they can correct these issues but they are built for kids...they should be built to take a beating...smh

I bought for pairs of these light up shoes one each for my older kids and two sets for my baby the ones for the older two stopped working correctly within two week and had to drive out to go get them replaced with new one which so far have not had a problem. And the baby's shoes only work half way and your baby has to stop kinda hard to make them light up so over all not pleased with these shoes

We ordered this shoe at back to school...it came with broken lights so we sent it back and reordered same shoe. Sketchers customer service was really great, they got us new shoes before school started. One month into the ahoe and the light are broken...AGAIN. We have the silver pair for oir other son and they work Great. Seems a little pricey to have problems so quickly:(

These were a gift for my son and I couldn't be more disappointed. The lights only work for a few days and won't work at all after that

Lights on one shoe stopped working after one week

I got these shoes for my son in one month they don't work half of one shoe doesn't light up and the other shoe doesn't work at all very disappointed

So disappointed, with this shoes, second time of my boy wearing them light won't turn off or change color.

Das Licht von einem Schuh war bereits nach einer Woche defekt. Kontakt mit Kundenservice war zunchst ok. Rcksendung adressiert an Sketchers Germany musste aus eigener Tasche bezahlt werden. Das ist nicht sehr Kundenorientiert. Paket wurde allerdings zurckgesende OHNE ANGABEN VON GRNDEN. Das ist sehr rgerlich. Ich wrde nie wieder direkt bei Skechers bestellen und meinen Neffen, fr den das Paar Schuhe bestimmt war, auch davon abraten.

When I bought them, one bulb was already defective. I thought fine, not a big deal I can handle it. But after wearing them twice, I went to go wear them a third time and then on the other shoe, HALF of the bulbs were not working! They look so stupid now and I haven't even had them a month.

These shoes are all the rage at my son's school. He obviously had to have a pair; they light up for peat sake! The issue is that he has not been able to wear them for anything other than an easy trip to the store since the two fastening spots on the tongue do not hold the minute he takes a step. The shoe is loose and can't hang with a 7 year old's play activities. I understand there are a tie up version that would probably be better suited but this style should not be sold to kids.

One shoe won't charge after a month of use. The other shoe only half of the lights work. Bought these for school shoes for my son, after a month, they opted working properly. The shoe that won't charge was difficult to charge when we first got them however now it doesn't work at all.

A few of the lights on one of the shoes went out after two weeks. Wouldn't recommend buying them.

We loved the lights, but one shoe won't turn off or change colors. It is stuck in one color mode. We have a very disappointed 11 year old boy.

This product melted but was very comfortable.

Lights not operating properly after 2 or 3 days wear. Currently recharging. We will see...
