The shoes in the image, toddler sizes, misrepresent what you actually receive. There are 8 lights flashing in the image, and likely many more light around the other side of the shoe. The toddler shoe comes with a tag that reads 10 working lights on each shoe. BUT I have ordered and received 3 pair of toddler size 5 and only 5 of the 10 lights work, all on the outer perimeter.
These shoes are outrageously expensive considering you do not get what you see. Also, JC Penney advertises toddler shoes as "rechargeable USB" and they are not.

For the toddler's energy lights shoes isn't anything what they advertise. They are just regular light up shoes that lights up only when you walk. It's only two colors. They are not rechargeable and when they die you have to return it back to the store to have them recycled. So it is not energy lights its just basic light up shoes. It's only a good shoe if you only want regular shoes that you can't recharge.

Very cool shoes but one lost its charge within the first hour of wear and will not recharge. My son was so excited and then was extremely sad when he couldn't wear them the next day to show his friends.
I contacted customer service via Web inquiry to request a replacement vs. refund but haven't heard back yet so will be returning these to Skechers. Bummer.

Ordered these for grandson's birthday...
Cannot understand why these are not made in toddler size
We did find Skechers Star Wars at Khols
Would have liked these much better because of the ability to change colors

Bought for my 10 year old son. The shoes are already running over and one of the let lights don't work and it's only been two weeks. Definitely not made for kids.

I got these shoes for my daughter almost a month ago and the shoes wont charge,ive tried with other chargers and nothing,no damaged has been made to the shoes.I DO NOT RECOMEND THESE AT ALL!!!

We're on the 3rd pair. First ones stuck on and wouldnt shut off till dead. 2nd charging port was messed up wouldn't charge. Now 3rd random lights are flickering and when on a certain color some lights are on a different color! My son doesn't want to return again because he's stuck without shoes in between. Will not buy again!

This pair of sneakers was a birthday gift for my son. He was so excited. We are very disappointed with the shoes. The second we turned it on one of the shoes had a light that didnt turn every color! We gave them a full charge and hoped for the best but unfortunately it only works with green or red and looks ridiculous! Seriously disappointed. Would love my money back!

My nine-year-old saved up his money for the shoe. It is too loose around the ankle; and falls off when he runs. The ankles need an additional fastener.

Second pair I have gotten and it does not charge the right side. The first pair I got went out after a week. The lights just wouldn't work. This pair we got as a replacement just won't charge on the right side. For the price you would think the quality would be good. My son really liked having the lights but what good is it to him when they won't even charge

So we originally got the slights but they came a half size to small and when I went to return them there was none left in stock. I paid $30 extra to get these shoes for my son, and yes I ordered a half size bigger however they were a full size to small! Went to return these and they only would refund the EXTRA $30 that I paid not the original amount and they would t exchange for a different size nor would they help me find another store that had them. I was spoke to rudely had the item returned without my consent and now I'm stuck with only half my $$ and no shoes!! Of course I tried contacting Skechers directly and there is only a phone number and no email! My son is devasted after having two pairs of shoes within his grasp only to have both taken away because of wrong sizing and horrid customer service!

Bought these for my grandson's 9th birthday in beginning of April 2017, and it is now only the beginning of May and 1 shoe no longer lights. He has only worn the shoes 4-6 times, and was saving them for special times. Especially at this price, and for an item specifically directed toward children, I believe that the shoe lights should have held up better.

First our order was delayed without notification due to website issues. Only once I called was I told of the delay. This was a birthday present for my 9yr old daughter. She wanted these more than anything. We followed the directions and charged the shoes. One shoe wouldn't charge. We thought perhaps it was already charged as the lights worked. An hour after wearing the shoes with the light on, that one shoe quit working! When we tried to charge it, it again did not work. This shoe arrived broken!!!

I am on the phone again with Customer Care, second pair of these shoes, both sets the right shoe does not charge. My daughter wore this pair 2 times. Since they are so popular I have had to have both pairs shipped to me by going into a store and having that store call another store in another state to have them shipped to me. 2 pairs of shoes 3 times worn. Several hours of my time and had to go buy another pair of shoes to wear while we are returning and waiting on shoes. Also don't bother emailing customer service, I sent them an email on 4/3/17 and still have not received a response other than the standard do not reply response that said they got my message.
