We bought these shoes a few weeks ago. My son loves them. They are pretty cool when they're lit up. We charged them when we first got them and didn't need to charge for a week or two. I just charged them for the second time and the front half of the left shoe won't light up anymore. I'm pretty upset about that considering how much we paid for them.

stick-on needs to be tested to even withstand the 1st step, and the heels are hard.

I bought the shoes for my daughter and she loved them. Less than a week after I bought them one light went out on one shoe. Now half of the same shoe won't light up and some of the lights r out on the other shoe.

My son loves them, but this is the second pair that the lights have shorted out on us after a week or two. I'm very disappointed.

The shoes are trendy and the lights are cool. Not comfortable for every day wear; heavy and clunky. The laces are poor quality. We never bothered recharging the lights, so don't even know the quality of the lights after they lose their juice. Looks-wise, they're cute, but for comfort, thumbs way down.

These shoes were pretty cool for a month or so until the lights on one shoe developed a mind of their own and would go on and off at random.Also,not comfortable for walking any sort of distance in.

Great shoes to wear. Just don't count on the lights working long!

Right shoe is not working anymore

So after purchasing these shoes for my son who started 2nd grade about after 3 weeks I started to notice that the side of the shoe was caving in my son always whre's sketchers and I have never had that problem I'm assuming because it's hollow inside they are very stylish but I do not recommend using them for school!!

The shoes are very stylish, my son got tons of compliments, the lights just quit working in one shoe after only two weeks of wearing them to school only.

I can't believe that the light is out on 1 shoe in not even 2 weeks of wearing. It is only clean with a damp cloth and the sneaker cleaner from Skechers. My son is definitely not enjoying it anymore. It lost its cool right about now in my book. For a shoe that's almost $100, not getting value for money :-( customer

My son really likes the shoes. I however do not think they were worth the money. He has only been wearing them for one month and they look totally beat up. He only wears them to school as I have him change into "after school" clothes when he gets home. This includes changing his shoes. I feel like I already need to get him new shoes! The charge on the shoes also does not last long. Seems as though I am always charging.

My kid liked these shoes from the very beginning. They hold a very long charge, 2 plus months. After going to recharge these shoes for the second time since they have needed a charge, only one shoe charges now. They were not worth price if only one shoe is going to work.

Have had the shoes a little over a week and already half of the lights on one shoe do not work. Not good.

The shoes fell apart the first time he wore them. The thing fell off the front and they were easily damaged. My kid is very maticulous when trying to keep his shoes clean and they weren't a good product.

I was SOOO excited to buy these for my boys. When we went to the store, they tried them on and the velcros kept separating whenever they would walk/bend/move. Such a bummer! I wish these were just lace ups and not velcros. The velcros is positioned on the sides of the tongue and separate with any movement. They ended up buying another pair...which we liked..but not as much as the red/black and orange/grey design on these. (Had to use velcros to explain because it wouldn't let me use the singular version of the word)

Disappointed in this shoe. Grandson loves them. My complaint. The lights on one of the shoes only worked for less than two weeks. The lights were the whole reason for buying this show.

The sides where they attach continues to become unfastened ever time my son takes a step. I do not see them lasting long at all.

They are poor quality too mach money for just one week

The built in female heads used to charge the shoes are harbor. They constantly fall into the tounge. I would not recommend buying these shoes. The are worth the agrivation for what you spent.

Trying to reach out to sketchers but no response my six year old granddaughter is disappointed her friends and teachers thought they were kool sad no one from sketchers got back to me

The lights would not recharge. After 3 days of wear, I could not recharge one of the sneakers. There seems to be a faulty connection. My child was very disappointed.

I bought this pair of shoe before and the light stop working withing a few days then I thought Okay this might be defective so Skechers exchanged it for me for another, not the second pair of shoe stopped working and my daughter is so frustrated and upset because she was not able to enjoy them. With the process of mailing back and forth, makes the excitement go away.

I looked everywhere for these shoes, though once we got them they were disappointing. 1st, you HAVE to charge then everyday! And 2nd one of the shoes quit working entirely after less than a month I got them for my 7yr of son and he basically only wore them to school for about 3 wks before this happened. Also worth mentioning is it was almost entirely indoors so no external influences were involved. They are stiff, though he didn't complain. I would only recommend these for going out to clubs/parties or similar. I'm going we can still return them...
