Super pretty shoe with the the right amount of sparkle for a nighttime wedding. I am between 8.5 and 9. Ordered the 8.5 based on reviews and they fit great. My toes were hurting by the end of the evening because I don't wear pointy toed shoes often.

For me, these ran a half a size long, but too narrow. I bought a wide size, and they are still somewhat narrow (the outer edge of the shoe, not so much the toe box), even though they are a bit too long. The size 8W fit me more like an 8.5 normal, which is still not quite wide enough. A tip for women with more than slightly wide feet: Buy a wide size that is slightly too long (for me, this was my normal size), and add a small toe insert to keep your foot from pushing forward (which exacerbates the narrowness issue). I should note that the narrowness in this area doesn't cause pain. It just doesn't look as sleek as it should. A lot of wide shoes have some extra material along the sides, so your foot doesn't look like it's spilling out. A good wide shoe can be very slimming, but this one doesn't really have that advantage. Wearing dark tights or very long slacks would also help a lot here. These are gorgeous shoes though, and normally something you would never find in a wide, so as a compromise I'm going to return one of the two pairs I bought and keep the other. I wish it made sense to keep them both. Hell, I would buy more if they were just a tad bit wider.

I really love these classics. I am usually a true 7 in these pumps and own several pairs, but the suede for some reason seem to run a bit small. These will be going back and I will be trying a 7.5.

Amazing cushioning for a high heel. Sadly, the nude color was more of a taupe or cappuccino and not a good match for my particular caucasian skin tone (German/Italian if that helps??). Probably fine for a 'nude' work heel but I was looking for the leg-lengthening effect of nude heels for a wedding so I went with another brand.

I tend to be a Size 8, but sometimes have to go with a 7.5. I needed the 8 in these.

These shoes are beautiful in the Mink Shadow Silky Velvet! Just stunning and adorable with a black dress. Sending back because I have narrow feet and the shoes kept slipping off my heels making it difficult to walk in.

I ordered this shoe because I 'needed' blue and have other SEs with higher heel that are wonderful. These are very comfortable and beautiful. The only thing I would caution about is the width. I ordered wide because of the awful bunion on my right foot. Although comfortable, I question whether a Medium would have been better. All in all a super great shoe!

I purchased these shoes because they are marketed as wide. My feet are on the wide side. I tried them on when I received them and though I can slip my feet into them, they are smaller than my usual 6 1/2w and a tad bit more narrow. As far as look of the shoes, they are beautiful and seem comfortable to wear (once you get the right size). Those of you that are purchasing these heels for the wide width, they are not a true wide. I had to send them back as they were too narrow to comfortably wear them. My plan is to repurchase in a size 7W to see if it makes a difference. If you have a true wide feet, I'd suggest going a size up for more space and comfort. I am not sure about the leather stretching and no one mentions whether it does in the long run.

They look nice, but almost a little too librarian for me, even in the beet red. I'm still on the fence. I don't want to wear them and not be able to return as I'm considering exchanging for something more my style. They do feel comfy when I try them on tho, as far as heel height and they do run 1/2 size small bc I'm a size 8 and based on past experience with leather and certain brands, I went for a 7.5 and the feel great.

I have two pairs of these Sam Edelman Hazel shoes (tan suede and navy suede). I normally wear a 9 or 9 1/2, depending on the shoe, and prefer a wide width. I have these in a 9 1/2 wide and am glad I opted for the half size larger. They don't feel like true wide-width shoes, but are comfortable enough to wear to my office job (not standing or walking all day). They have a great heel height - assuming you like high heels - and are a simple, classic style.

I bought this pump in the multi-floral chintz lace. I’m usually a 9 in Sam Edelman shoes, but both the 9 and 9.5 were too small in length and width. Beautiful shoes, but for me they ran too tight.

Love that it comes in a wide. Do not love the fact that the padding under the ball of the foot does not go to the edge of the shoe, and that gap is uncomfortable.

So I have these heals in multiple colors including the black satin I wear every single day. I am always an 11 and I got these and my heel is popping out pretty bad even with an insert so i would say to size half size down? I got the tan and not sure why these fit any different

Wonderful shoe but in the suede the 9.5 was too tight and the 10 was flopping off my foot. Very sad bc these were super comfortable, gorgeous shoes.

Beautiful high heel, but I couldn’t imagine wearing for more than a hour or so, very high, so after a while it starts to get uncomfortable. But it’s a beautiful shoe

Love the shoe, much prettier and sparkles in person than online pics, definitely a more formal style so don’t get it thinking you can wear it to work. It is a bit to dressy for a corporate job. With that said, I bought for a cocktail party and it’s perfect.

Beautiful shoe. Got many compliments. They felt tight in the toes so when I ordered a different color I got an 8.5 wide instead of my normal size 9 and they were perfect!! Great shoe!!

These shoes are gorgeous. Unfortunately they're not for me. I have very wide feet at the ball, a true D width, and though I can fit them on my foot, my toes are so pinched by the point that they aren't comfortable or practical at all. I even ordered a half size up and it was still that way even though it was a smidge too long. Pointy shoes just aren't for me I guess. Such a bummer. They are super sexy!

Overall, comfy for a moderately-high pump. I have very wide feet, and these feel very forgiving after a full day's wear.

These shoes are like walking on pillows. I had to size down when buying the W size option, (normally, I'm a 7.5). They are so beautiful. You will not regret this purchase.

Great shoe. Reviews said order 1/2 size up so I did but it was too big. Ordered my standard size as well and it was a perfect fit.

Definitely runs a half size large! I wore them all day the first time I put them on and they rubbed a little but that’s expected for new shoes! Definitely recommend!

It's a beautiful shoe and you don't find this quality in a wide width. I have to return because it's a tad too short for me but I'm ordering a half size up.

I have Sam Edelman flat shoes in leopard pattern/color. It is the most comfortable flat shoes I ever tried. And they are very cute and pretty. So, I decided to buy the same style.color in pump. When I received it, it was beyond gorgeous and sexy and pretty. I put them on and walked around the house... the shoes kept slipping off my foot. I do not usually wear high heels because I have two little toddlers. I was so disappoint and sad because this is literally the sexiest shoes. I ended up returning them. I do not know how other girls work this shoes and walk okay... I really want to know. I do regret returning them. I should have googled how t wear pumps without slipping off or something. I think the price is reasonable. and Zappos customer service is one of the best. I love Amazon and Zappos. I might reorder this shoes next time. I really want to wear these when I go out to date night with my husband.
