Great color and fit! Hazel is my favorite pump!

I bought these shoes in the tropical silver color. While they fit true-to-size and were quite comfortable, I was disappointed with the color because it is a lot shinier (like a disco ball almost) than pictured. I thought the color was more matte silver with a bit of shimmer, but it was mostly shimmer which made the shoe seem a bit cheap. Needless to say, the shoes were returned. That being said, I still love Zappos and their easy, no-hassle return policy.

I felt the shoe for the heel height was very comfortable. However, I was unhappy with the overall appearance of the shoes I received. I had originally ordered shoe and it arrived with area of the leather that were not colored or the coloring was scuffed. I called Zappos and they replaced very promptly with perfect shoe. However, I decided to reorder a different size and received another pair of shoes with the same coloring issues as above. I would have returned but needed shoes the next day, so just kept. But I will definitely not order this brand again.

The shoe is super cute. I normally wear a 11 but thought i would be better off with a 11.5 so the toes were so squished. I will put a pad in the heel too.

These shoes are exactly what I expected. Very high heel but still comfy.

These shoes are so pretty! Gorgeous burgundy mesh. Knew Sam Edelman shoes tend to run a little long and a little narrow, so I went down 1/2 size and got the wide width--I usually get medium width. The shoes fit like a glove! (Actually a little tight in the toes in my larger foot, but that mostly eased up after a bit of wearing and stretching.) Don't know yet how they'll feel after several hours of standing, but as comfortable as pointy-toe heels can be just walking around the house. Could use a bit more padding, especially in the ball of foot area; but that's fixable too. Overall a good purchase for the price, and absolutely beautiful look!

As comfortable as can be expected for heel height and they look fabulous.

I am not a heels person and bought these for a boudoir shoot. I love Sam Edelman because they offer wide widths, but these felt narrow in comparison to other wide width shoes I've purchased in the past, such as the Patti, which fit great and had plenty of room. The heels are absolutely STUNNING and if I could handle the height, I would wear them every day!

Beautiful colors and texture; this is a well-made shoe. I usually buy Nine West pumps, but these were recommended by a fashionista in an airport as the most comfortable shoes ever, so I had to give it a shot. They are beautiful, and I wore them all day straight out of the box. There was a little discomfort, but I think it will break in nicely. I foresee ordering this in other colors soon.

Pretty comfortable shoes for high heels and they look great on.

Very pretty shoes. Extremely comfortable if you’re wearing it without stockings. Wore them to a wedding and danced all night. Got tired by 2 am.

I got these in a 6W. I have a narrow heel & a wide toe box and unfortunately these shoes were wider overall. My heels kept slipping out of them. I think they’re gorgeous and the perfect length so I am returning for the regular width.

I usually get a half size to a whole size with Sam Edelman, but with this particular material (glam), it ran a little small. I still think they are kick ass heels, so exchanging in half size bigger.

Really like this pump a lot! Very stylish with good comfort.

Cute, but FYI the gold is straight-up sparkly glitter. Fun just not what I was expecting.

Absolutely gorgeous, but too big! Started out with the 5.5, thrived the 5, STILL too large, and they’re out of 4.5.

Very cute shoe! Definitely a tight fit but the material of the shoe will stretch over time so don’t order up. Got lots of compliments. Maybe best for date night but for perspective, I normally wear flats!

Beautiful pump! I'm a true 5.5 in a shoe but the heel was abit loose. The 5 was too tight so I'm going with the 5.5 and heel pads. Just too cute to send back!

The shoes are very nice. I am a size 8 and have narrow feet and the 8 fit very well. My daughter is also a size 8 but has wider feet and she had to return the 8 and get an 8.5 We are both very happy with the shoes. They are padded for comfort and look elegant.

Love this shoe, but be aware it runs very VERY narrow. I have narrow feet to the point where I sometimes need a narrow shoe. I ordered a wide for the first time in my life and it fit like a glove. I only figured that out after buying the shoe last year in a different color a half size bigger than usual and then struggling with using inserts and pads to make it comfortable. Gonna send those out to be stretched now. It’s a stiletto, which are never really comfortable, but this one is stable and distributes the weight well across the ball of your foot and the toes. Not terrible.

Very pretty shoe but I think they run small. I returned them.
