This shoe looked great until I tried to hook the ankle strap. It was impossible to keep on unless I added about 3 holes to the strap, which would have put the buckle in the wrong place. I know I have a skinny ankle but this was so bizarre. At first I thought I had wrapped the strap incorrectly, but there was only one way for it to work. I was very disappointed and it had to go back

I loved this shoe. However, even with the ankle strap as tight as it would go, the shoe slipped off and dangled from my ankle. The toe band is so loose that my toes slid out. I knew that dancing at a wedding would be impossible so I returned the shoes.

The straps are too short! This is my second pair.... even went with a bigger size and still do not fit! Very disappointed!

I loved the shoe however I wore it for 3 hours and when I came home from a wedding my husband and I noticed that the weaving/fabric was already coming unwoven. Definitely NOT ACCEPTABLE. So sorry because the style of the shoe is lovely and looked great on my foot, however the quality was very poor.

The size of this shoe is at least a half size too small. I wear a size 9 1/2 and this one was too small. Also, the wrong shoe was sent to me. I ordered the lacy shoe (Black 2) and was sent the felt shoe (Black). It's difficult to give this shoe a better rating since the size was too small.

Every part of the shoe fit except for the strap over the toes. I had my 17-year-old daughter try them as she wears a 7.5M and even she couldn't get her toes through the strap. I don't understand this as I have had to return four different pairs due to the same issue. I have a pair of Nine West that are 8.5M that fit perfectly. Either US measurements are different or these shoes are made for someone with small narrow toes. I've bought many shoes from Zappos without issue so I don't know what is going on. A size larger won't help and ordering a wide shoe doesn't work either so don't waste your time.

Cute shoe, bad design. If you look at the way the strap goes around - imagine sitting or moving your foot the wrong way and your foot slides right out. There's enough give in the strap that it does not hold your foot in place

I think this shoe size may be mismarked. I ordered a 10 and it was a bit too short. So I sent it back for a 10.5. It was way too short. Sadly, both pairs are going back.
