These looked really dated and I just couldn't get them to fit properly on my foot. (Size 8.5 wide)

I have a narrow foot and am in the process of replacing all my shoes with narrows (after 60+ years of slipping around in medium-width shoes). I was hopeful these would work for a summer cocktail dress that I have, but they are very wide. They actually feel wider than most of my medium shoes that I'm replacing. Too bad, as they work perfectly for the cocktail dress.

Didn't love these, and returned them due to size. Loved the ankle buckle, and would have considered keeping them if not so small. Didn't really seem the right value for the money though.

Very cute shoe, but the strap does not hold your foot in! I have very small ankles and even with the strap tightened to the last hole, my foot could slip completely out the back of the shoe with one misstep! Cute design for style, but very poor design for function.

Beautiful shoe, although "wide" width is only a C so not really wide...but my real issue was the length of the ankle straps! I could not even get the straps around my ankle to reach the first buckle hole. I do not have exceptionally high arches or fat ankles - I do have wide feet in the front part of my foot, but this would not affect the ankle straps. Very strange - I'm sorry about the straps, as it is an otherwise beautiful shoe that seemed well-made and not too high of a heel (but still elegant & dressy), so it seemed perfect for a wedding or event where you want to be dressed up but still able to dance comfortably. I'm sad I can't keep these, but hope that others can enjoy them!

Beautiful style with one fatal flaw: the ankle wrap doesn’t hold well enough which causes the foot to slide around when you walk. Very uncomfortable

These shoes are really nice and the toe fit well but the strap was way way too short to go around my ankle. No chance, not even with adding a hole. My ankles are not fat / puffy, but I have wide feet so I have wide ankles. I think if you order a wide, the strap should be longer.

Cute shoes. Sizing was an issue however. Narrow width is definitely not narrow. They are also a bit short in length - my heel was at the very back of the shoe and a little beyond, sizing up 1/2 size would have been desirable but width wouldn't have allowed this.. Unfortunately, they're going back.

Super cute shoes, but unfortunately I found these to be very uncomfortable around the toe area. I tried them on and within just a few minutes of walking they were rubbing my toes. Was very disappointed since the reviews led me to believe they would be comfortable. Not the case for me.

Very narrow; even tried the wide, but no luck.

I was sent the wrong shoes! Got a pair of beach sandals in the box. Not happy. I will try to re-order.

These were terrible, when buckled, they are so loose they slide all over. Sending back.

The ankle strap was way too large, It would take me making four extra holes in it for them to fit around my ankle.

Way too small not true to size and returned them

Firstly, I received a box and some shoes- no paper, no packaging, buckles and straps undone flapping and rattling in the box. It looked like a box of reject shoes. Disappointing for such expensive shoes. I did try them on and they didn’t fit but was returning anyway based on the shape in which they arrived. This gives me pause from ordering Zappos again.

I did not feel stable with the way my heel was in shoe and with heel of shoe .

I wanted this shoe for a wedding. It was different. I don’t have a wide foot but couldn’t get my toes under the front. Very disappointed in this shoe

Sadly, my right foot was fine, but my left foot was sticking out on the sides. I have never had this problem before. I’m thinking this particular shoe had a defect?

Not accurately sized, “6” is more like a 5.5.

The W feels more like M. Bummer!

These shoes were not 8.5 wide. They fit my daughter that is a 7.5 narrow. Maybe not labeled correctly. Very disappointed

Tried my normal size + 1/2—7.5 WW—and the shoe was ridiculously small. The length of the foot bed was an inch too short. I couldn’t even get my foot in the shoe.

Eww. These shoes are truly awful. For the price I would have at least expected them to be leather. They smelled of PVC when I took them out of the box. Cheap-looking, poorly made, and stinky. My regular size is 7.5 and I sized up to an 8 but these were still a little short. The strap is ankle strap is long and does not hold the foot in place. Terrible shoes!

The shoe itself was beautiful. I ordered a wide and my foot didn’t even get close to fitting in the shoe.
