I have a hard time with heels due to bunions. These worked so well for my daughter's wedding, I ordered them in another color too. The area over the ball of the foot is somewhat wide and has some give so it was not a bunion issue at all.

Holy heels, Batman! Put on these J.Renee Soncinos and get ready to rock... because you can!! The fit is superb - I knew to order one size down 'cause they're open toes - and the heel height, heel location, and the sole texture/material are absolutely perfect for anything from a rumba to an east coast swing in spite of the open back. The style of ankle strap holds the foot securely. I wouldn't have believed anyone had they told me so... and I'm a sixty-two yr old new to ballroom dancing.

I wanted to love these shoes. I can't wear high heels and as a younger person with a plethora of joint issues and narrow feet, I thought I'd found a wonderful pair of stylish shoes that I could wear to events including an upcoming friend's wedding. The problem is how much more I would need to tighten the ankle straps from the last hole given. If you see the photo I'm attaching, the metal bar is at the very far left of the strap, a good inch beyond the last hole. With it tightened this much I get all the rave reviews: I can walk and feel stable, they're relatively comfortable (I would have to add some padding but that's normal for me) and again as a young person I feel like they're stylish and on trend. Using the last hole punched by the manufacturer, My entire foot comes out the back of the shoe with one step it is so loose. Yes, my ankles are somewhat narrow so I'm used to using the last hole but this is beyond anything I've ever seen. So disappointed because there really isn't anything else on the market right now similar to this to even try.

I never write reviews, but this shoe deserves it. I'm someone who struggles with perpetual foot problems -- soreness, puffiness, toe cramps, blisters, you name it. Finding a comfortable, cute shoe is a never ending struggle. This heel is wonderful -- stylish and comfortable. I wore them for 12 hours on my wedding day, and felt great the whole time. They are worth the money. (I'm in early my early 30s, if that point of reference matters to anyone.)

I do like the shoes a lot! Very comfy so far. The color I ordered though has sequins on one shoe and none on the other. I think I'll glue some on becasue I need them for an even coming up and dont have time to return them for $99 though i dont think i should be gluing anything. Disappointed

These look beautiful on and you’d never know you were wearing a heel of this height—more comfortable than other shoes this height! I have hallux rigidus, which means my big toe will not bend upward, so I can no longer wear heels, but this shoe will work for a wedding I am attending as long as I don’t stand too, too long! I can walk in them without limping!! They do run a 1/2 size smaller, as I usually take a 10 and had to exchange for a 10.5, as my heel was hanging off the back. It was also not as wide as I would have liked, but it will work. I will need to add an anti-slip sticker to the bottoms of these, as they slide very easily. Overall, though, an adorable shoe that I can wear with my bad toe!!

I needed a neutral colored dress heel and these were perfect. Very cute style with the flattering ankle strap. Great heel height. These shoes were very comfortable from the first time on. I wear a 9 narrow and they fit great- except I had to add another hole in the strap to make it tight enough but hey, what else are ice picks for?

Too bad I can only leave 5 stars, because these shoes are AMAZING! Wrap around ankle strap gives them some style, heel height is perfect (not too high...not too low) and they are probably to most COMFORTABLE heels I have ever worn! I always feel "wobbly" in heels, but the ankle strap make these feel secure / stable on the foot. LOVE these shoes!

Love these shoes! I HATE wearing heels but these are SO comfortable I ordered TWO more. Now have all colors and am all set for every occasion.

Pretty shoe and very comfortable for a dress shoe, but runs 1/2 - 1 size small. I usually wear a 6 1/2W, ordered a 7, and my foot was hanging over the back of the shoe. Exchanged for a 7 1/2W.

Went looking for an open toe heel with ankle strap for Latin dance lessons... and THIS IS IT!! Already contemplating getting the metallic pair. I have a wide, kind of square foot, high arch, and thick ankle, so this was no small task! Even if you don’t have these issues they are so adjustable that they’ll probably work great for everyone! They are so stable to wear for dancing or going out and STILL SO CUTE!!!

In what world is this a narrow shoe? Sorry for the attitude, but I ordered 10 narrow pairs of shoes and only 2 are truly narrow and even those aren’t narrow enough! See photos. Beautiful shoe...sigh, dream on....

I bought the multi colored design version of these and they are beautiful! I am returning these though because the ankle straps are too short. I don't have fat anklees or cankles, but I needed a good two extra inches in length on the strap. The wide fit wonderfully! I hate that they didn't fit around the ankle.

First I ordered size 7N, a size that fits me in several pairs of J. Renee shoes I've bought over the years. I liked the color a lot and the style, but these were short, so that my toes and heels hung over the ends a bit. So I ordered a 7.5N, and they were barely longer. I would have kept them, though, if every other part of the shoe wasn't disproportionately larger, to the point that I walked out of them--only the ankle strap kept them attached to my feet. Why can't shoe manufacturers stick to a single set of dimensions for a given size? So frustrating! Got to return.

This is a pretty shoe. Not extremely stylish. Runs very wide. My foot was slipping through. Also runs a bit short.

Normally take a 8 Wide. My toes were hanging over the sides, so exchanged for 8.5 Wide. Sharp looking shoe with a sensible heel.

Navy 10W pretty color and style the strap isn't long enough for me and I was unable to make the ends meet to even attempt to buckle it

MATERIAL USED ARE VERY GOOD! SUPPLE TO TOUCH AND THE STRAPS FEEL SURE AND SAFE.....GREAT FOR DANCING

Wow. I wear a 10.5W, a very hard size to find plus I have corns and hammertoes (thanks mom!). My toes are not attractive. Right out of the box they were comfortable. They hid my toes. The ankle strap provided good support. I bought them for a black tie affair but that night I wore them with white jeans. Heel is a perfect size. I am now buying them in another color.

super comfy just didn't go with my dress definitely would recommend them!

I listened to the reviews and ordered the next 1/2 size up AND ordered a wide. My true shoe size is 10 1/2 M. Depending on the shoe I can wear a 10. 11 tends to run too big but in this shoe I ordered 11 W and the fit was perfect. It does feel like it needs a little padding at the ball of the foot but overall pretty comfy!

I usually wear wide, but this was not wide enough. The strap across the widest part of the foot was digging into my foot when I put my full weight down. I could not go any bigger; I was already 1/2 size bigger than I usually get, any more would be too long. With that said, this is a gorgeous shoe. The ankle strap worked well for me. The heel felt perfect. When I walked, the heel/strap/ankle area was fine, just the bed was the problem. I usually wear 8W; the pictures shows me in 8 1/2 W.

Beautiful and soft cushioned shoe. I could hardly wait for them to arrive! HOWEVER,the size says Narrow-AA. I can assure you that they are not AA. They are not narrow at all.Unless you have wide feet they will fit most adv width. Gave a 5 for style and comfort and a 2 for inappropriate width sizing.

I have wide feet and these are really comfortable. Wide is actually a wide.

Pretty, lower heeled shoe. Not sure how comfortable it will be across the toes for hours at a wedding. Love the ankle strap.
