I hjave a very narrow foot. These fit great (in the narrow width). Unfortunately I find them very hot and heavy. I'm accustomed to a much lighter running show. Putting them aware until the weather is cooler.

Good shoes I love new balance, they are really the only brand I purchase I have small feet but they are wide so it is hard to find shoes that fit properly with my foot issues. I had high hope for these as they are up there in price as are any shoes in my size but was disappointed when they were so tight even in a 2E. I returned them and purchased a different style that will hopefully work out for me. Also when I purchased I misread and thought they were for running and training so they wouldn't have been compatible in that aspect either.

The representative told me these would be a good fit after I gave up the 928. They were tapered in the front to toe area, which made them really uncomfortable.

I love the look, and the fit on the left foot. The right shoe doesn't have enough cushion at the ball of foot. It hurts my foot and therefore I can't wear them. Have worn New Balance for years but these aren't the same shoes as before I am sorry to have to say.

I have been wearing this line of shoes throughout all of its incarnations for about 10 years, and I'm not in love with this latest version. I have been wearing a 7.5W in all of my New Balance shoes for several years, but had to go up to an 8 in this one because they skimped on the toe box, and the shoes aren't as comfortable because the 8 is just a little too big in other areas. New Balance, please fix my favorite shoe!

They don't look too bad in person but they aren't very wide. I own a pair of Men's NB sneakers, so I thought I had the size nailed down...I used the size guide to convert the fit from men's to women's, I even traced and measured my foot but they were still too narrow. I think if it was a size larger the toe cap would hit a slightly different spot on my foot and they may fit but what I'm guessing would be my proper size isn't in stock, so I can't say anything further. But buy a size up!

I've bought New Balance shoes often in the past and now, with the latest pair I order there foot size is not accurat any more. It make me doubt that I will order on line in the futur, just a hassel to re order all the time.

This shoe is not as wide as the 990V5. There is a gap at the top of the shoe where the tongue begins. The back heel is not as high on the foot. I wanted to find a less expensive alternative to the 990V5, but this was not the right shoe.

So these shoes come in wide widths, but the toebox is very tight. And the tongue is not wide enough either. When I put them on you can see my socks on both sides of the tongue. Not a good fit at all for my ee wide feet.

They didn't fit like I hoped. I ordered my size but they pinched. I'm not sure why. Returning them though was easy

I began purchasing NB shoes many years ago (well over 30) because they carried nearly all their styles in narrow widths. I wear size 8.5 2A. According to the box and the information on the tongue that's the size of these shoes. They have to be mislabeled. They were too wide everywhere. Both heel and toe. Even tying them tighter didn't help a bit. Also, the usual quality for NB shoes, meaning materials and workmanship, isn't what I have come to expect from NB either. They have been returned.

Looking for a good shoe as have a stress fracture on a toe - need wide toe box and narrow heel - this fits but toes feel cramped and heel is fine. Have toes that splay when walking which is all I use a shoe for these days.
