The shoe is runs a little big, which is great if you want to wear wool socks to keep your feet warm, not so great for tights or pantyhose- my feet slide a lot. The outside of the shoe looks and feels great, definitely waterproof (like stated in description), I wore them on a cold rainy day and my feet stayed dry. The inside of the shoe looks and feels cheap though, this really surprised me, however I still bought a second pair because who sees the inside of your shoe??? Overall, I would recommend this item to others.

So I am surprised that these boots fit, despite the negative points of no arch support and a bit narrower than anticipated. They really are beautiful in person. I ordered a 12W, and the toe box is a bit narrower than i expected, but not so much so that i won't wear them. I do wish the shaft was about 2 inches taller than it is. This really is an ankle boot, true to it's labeling of "bootie". But it fits my orthodic inserts just fine. The angle of the foot bed leaves a bit to be desired, i was looking for something with less of an angel, but they're ok once you get used to them. I am pleased with them,. and will be keeping these boots. I haven't worn them outside yet in the snow or wet. Here's hoping they hold up!

I am giving this a 3 because when I receive the shoes, it looks like it’s been worn before and the left shoe has minor scratches on it. I only tried the shoes for a few minutes after I opened it.

Love love these boots. I've had them a full year now (still looking great) and they are my go to work shoes for wet weather. I tried on a ton of waterproof booties and these won the comfort trials right out of the box and have gotten even more comfortable after regular wearing. The only negative it that the heel is a bit loud while walking.

These shoes are so versatile, you can dress them up or wear them casually. I’m a teacher an always on my feet during the day. These shoes feel good and at the end of the day my feet aren’t throbbing like most booties. My only complaint is the heel peeling like others have mentioned in their reviews.

I really wanted to love these boots. They are highly recommended on May travel websites, waterproof, really stylish/flattering. Unfortunately, they just are not comfortable. They feel a half size too big, but I fixed that with an insole. The problem is there doesn’t seem to be any padding in the ball of the foot. Walked 1/2 of a mile in them on my treadmill and the ball of my foot ached. As I was buying them to walk a lot around Europe. They didn’t suit my needs.

I usually have a horrible time finding boots that fit since my feet are so wide. These fit perfectly right out of the box with no “breaking-in” period. Absolutely love these and I’m thinking of ordering them in another color. You won’t go wrong with these!!

I was excited to receive these as a gift for an upcoming trip to Italy. The 7.5 (my normal size) was too tight and difficult to put on and the 8 was too loose around the ankle. I could feel every ridge in the stitching whenever I walked as they sort of flopped around. They seem to have a great track record, so I might try another pair or style.

I ordered these boots in a wide width after trying on a similar pair by this brand in Nordstrom where they pinch my toes and felt narrow. The wide width is very generous and the shoe felt too large. I returned them because I ordered them in black leather. The black leather is actually a suede finish, not even a nubuck — full on suede. I don’t know why they would sell a black suede boot and a black leather boot that is also suede. I’m frustrated by the misrepresentation and when communicating this to Zappos, they blame the manufacturer. Hate when people pass the buck!

Love this bootie! Have it both in black and taupe suede. Stylish and comfortable... wear it all day at work with no issues. So cute!

My 3rd pair of these boots! I have the mushroom suede (1st, about 15 mos now), the butterscotch smooth leather (darker than the cognac now available), and now the dark gray suede. I have been shopping for hours (not all day) in these. Work, dinner, every where. I love that they are waterproof so I don't have to worry how wet it is outside. I haven't splashed around in puddles, but I have been out in heavy rain. No marks on the suede. They come up high enough that I don't worry about most of my socks. Or, I have fun with my socks! I have fairly square toes/balls of my feet and they don't feel squished. I don't have a high arch, but I do have high, hmmm, top of my foot so some boots are too tight across the top, especially approaching my ankle - not these! (I often have my middle shoe laces really loose, or skipped.) Hope that helps. The mushroom goes with just about everything, not all gray pants though. They are my go to color, but they might be replaced by these beautiful dark gray ones!

Cute boot, comfortable, seems well made. Fit was about a half size too small, though.

I LOVE the boot but, I did not know that they looked like suede except the toe was shiney. Do not like that. The picture was not clear on that point. Reasonably comfortable, nice styled, just not the shiney toe leather for me. I own this boot in suede.

I love the look and appearance, but this is not wide. Pinches front of my foot/ankle and too tight in the toes.

I wear a 10W, but can sometimes fit into a regular 10 or a 10.5. I ordered these in a 10W and they were tight, enough that when I tried to flex my toes they cramped. I was willing to see if they'd stretch with time, but the ankle opening is small and the back of the shoe hits my ankle when walking. It either needs to be cut lower or higher. The color - Sand Suede- is beautiful and I wish a similar shoe, the Valli, was available in that color.

These booties (Blondo Villa, gray) were a gift for my sister. Out of the box they are beautiful - deep gray, quality heel, and smart-looking style. They ran small - had to exchange for 1/2 side larger. She was very pleased with the bootie and the larger size was just right. Easy on, easy off. Cannot speak yet to the "waterproof-ability" but will get a Colorado workout.

I wanted to love these and take these to Europe. I could barely get my feet into the 7.5, and the 8 was swimming around the ankle and toes and I could feel the edges with every movement. I have bunions and they could have worked but for the sizing.

The grey is really pretty. Wide width feels good. I feel like I can walk for a decent distance with these. I have not owned them long. They seem well made and classic looking.

I bought these and the Victoria. Sent the Victorias back. These are worth the extra $50 as I could not even get my foot into the Victorias due to the styling. These boots were very hard to get on for me initially due to the stiff curved, pre-formed heel design, but after a few wears, it loosened up and now is not a problem. So if you are having that problem too, give them a few wears before returning them and you may end up keeping them. I am so pleased with these boots and can't beleive they are THIS stylish abd beautiful AND waterproof. I have not put them to the waterproof test yet. I was concerned that they might not breathe enough due to the waterproofing, but have worn them several times for 10+ hours with no problem. My husband, who has never noticed a pair of footwear I have on unless I specifically ask him to, saw me in them the first time and kept saying "You look so sexy!". They are comfortable, for a heeled boot, made of sturdy leather and materials, don't slip on wet surfaces, look well-made and fit beautifully. I do think they look cheaper than they actually are. I expect them to hold up well and become one of my favorites, but why not, if my husband thinks I look sexy in them?!

Blondo makes quality, warm, waterproof boots. I sent these as a gift for my daughter. She was happy with the fit (7.5) but didn’t quite like the style, she’s liking blocky heels these days. There was no return paperwork supplied and she did not see how she might return them, so she asked me for a label, which I know she rather would not have done. I could only get a label for myself, so I called Zappos. Their not sending return labels is deliberate for “saving trees.” Upshot, Zappos emailed me a label to email to her. She then had to take the shoes to the post office to return them so that MY card could be refunded. No option for her to exchange or get a merchandise credit. In the end, my gift to her was only a burden, an extra errand for her to run. Zappos’ CSR informed me this was all super easy and good, but I’ll be the judge of that. I saw a great pair of shoes my sister would have liked, but I’m not willing to take the chance on another burdensome gift from Zappos. Instead I’ll buy gifts from businesses that offer my recipients the option to get something that delights them.

I have two pair of these boots and bought a pair for my daughter for Christmas. I normally wear Birkenstock’s because I’m a comfort junky, and these boots are comfortable all day long! The fact that they are completely waterproof is a game changer!
