I've looked everywhere for boots to fit my VERY SKINNY calves...ALAS...these came to the rescue. Great leather, great fit, very soft.

I have such a difficult time finding boots to fit my skinny calves. I'm 5"9 1/2 and 135 lbs and my calves get lost in everything, until now! These are.super stylish and the high quality leather is gorgeous and smells great. Probably gonna get them in another color.

These are the BEST boots EVER! True to size, I have wide calves, so I just loosened the laces and they are perfect. Super comfy, I wear them all day. Color is fantastic!!!

Love these boots! Very comfortable to wear all day long. They do seem that they are for people with more narrow calves, but they lace up in the back and give you some extra space if need be. I am usually an 8.5, I took a gamble on an 8 and they fit perfectly...even if I put on a bit thicker of a sock. Almost tempted to get another color in this boot!

Love the lacing on the back! It makes it possible to customize the fit. Usually my boots are too wide at the ankle and too narrow at the calf, but these are perfect!

I LOVE these boots - they are soft leather and very comfortable. I have average calves but I really like the adjustability of these boots. Because of this feature, each individual can make the boots fit their calf perfectly!

I love these boots! I've worn these to work with pants tucked in and when wearing a dress and tights. I normally wear an 8.5, which is the size I purchased. They do feel a little loose unless I wear thicker socks. I like the flexibility of the lace-up shaft. I have narrow calves, so I love that I can get a nice close fit with these when wearing tights. The soles are fairly substantial without looking utilitarian. I can tell that these will last a long time!

I have always wanted a tall boot but with my slender legs the calf of every boot I tried was too wide and loose. Sofft to the rescue! The laceup back is the perfect solution to my problem - and if I want to wear jeans instead of leggings I can adjust them to fit. The boots are super comfortable with the low heel, too.

These boots are perfect for narrow calves. They're also WAY more comfortable than most boots - they have a good amount of footbed padding. I have the lighter brown color and they have beautiful gradations in coloring. This was a really great value and quality - I couldn't be happier.

I have looked all over for leather Boots that fit my thinner calves with skirts--these are it. Leather is beautiful, nice fit in toe for your true size, and best of all--fits my legs like a glove. Dress up or down, wished there were more styles like this. Got both dark brown and black. Thanks Zappos!

These are so cute and so comfortable! I bought the reddish color and it is beautiful. I wish they had black in my size, I would order a second pair. They have a soft comfortable insole. I love that the shaft can be adjusted for width, as I have thin calves. I do wish they were just a bit taller, though, they do not come up all the way to my knee. I have long thin calves, so this is a common problem I run into. Usually my leg is swimming in the boot and it only goes half way to my knee, but I was nicely surprised that these are very snug and hit about 1.5 inches below my knee. Good enough! The boots look well made, have a rich, expensive appearance, and are very comfortable.

Completely in love with these boots. I've been searching for a medium brown boot for over a year, and these are perfect. I wanted a boot with riding boot style without being so stiff...and didn't want to get too western or engineer, as I already own a pair of Frye engineer boots. These were comfortable straight out of the box. I love that the lacing up the back is actually functional. So great when you want to adjust for wearing over jeans. And the leopard print lining is so cute! So happy with these boots!

The fit is perfect and they look great. I can walk in them for hours with no discomfort. The laces tighten around my legs so there is no gap. And I get compliments every time I wear them.

I love how soft the material of the boots are and how you can adjust the back laces to fit your needs! Would Love another pair!

I have been looking for the perfect boots for such a long time and finally found them! The Sofft Sharnell boots are gorgeous and fit beautifully. I was tired of trying on boots that sagged at the ankle and were too big around the top of the shaft. Although I wasn't sure I would like the lacing up the back and wanted something without a lot of flare, these boots are perfect. The lacing makes them super comfortable and looks great with skinny jeans and a long sweater. The first day I wore them to put on a huge party and made it through the entire event without thinking about my feet...except when I sat down and looked at my super cute new boots!

I love the color, it was true to the pictures and looks great with everything. I love the adjustable back. The only negative can think of is the animal print lining. Not a fan.

I searched forever for the right pair of brown, tall boots. After reading through all of the reviews, I decided to take a chance on these. I am so glad I did! These boots are beautiful! I bought them in the Whiskey color and the pictures don't do them justice. They are a distressed look, so if you're looking for a dressy boot, these may not be right for you. However, they were just what I was looking for. I didn't want over-the-knee and I was looking for something with just enough detail to keep them dressy/casual to wear with dresses or jeans/leggings and these are perfect. The fit is true-to-size and they come just below the knee (for reference, I am 5'6"). I have a narrow calf and have a difficult time finding boots that don't gap around my calf, but the laces are the perfect solution to customizing the fit. I can wear with our without a tall boot sock and over jeans, no problem. They were super comfy right out of the box with a nice, padded insole. Highly recommend!

Love theses boots! I have small calves and it's so hard to find boots that fit snug. These boots are perfect, fit great all around are stylish and comfortable!

These boots have been wonderful, and were exactly what I was looking for: stylish (I get lots of compliments), comfortable (I can walk around all day in these), and quality construction (love Sofft). As other reviewers have mentioned, the lace-up back is a dream. My sister and I have opposite issues with tall boots (calf sizes in boots are usually too big for me, and too small for her). But we each have a pair of these boots and they fit each of us like a dream. The only other thing worth mentioning is that the shaft is a touch taller than many of my boots (comes right up to my knee cap and when I bend my knee, the top of the boot hits right at the bending point). Not a problem for me, but might be a bit higher than others would prefer. Overall, a beautiful boot and highly recommended!

I too have slim calves and these fit perfectly. Snug shaft and super comfy foot bed right out of the box. Also room for custom inserts, perfect. Might have to get in another color!

These boots are very comfortable! I could walk forever in them in downtown MKE. They have great soles,which I received a compliment on, as they March the color of the boot perfectly. The boots also have a fun leopard lining on the inside. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent boot for people with no calves (like myself). Seriously, there is no gaping with these! I ordered in the red and waiting on the black now. Comfy foot bed and narrower than many other shoes--so for those with wide feet these may not be for you.

These boots are very comfortable. Looks great with jeans, leggings and casual dresses. Sofft is a great brand!
