I own a few pairs of Sofft shoes and I really like their padded leather insole and leather lining to keep my feet comfortable all day. However, Sofft styles have been very "old lady" lately, until I saw these pointed toe 2" heels. I decided to give them a try, since the design is classic for work and the heels are low enough and somewhat stubby so they are easy to walk in and I can be on my feet all day. I have slightly wide feet and got the "wide" in my normal size. They fit just right. The black leather is soft and shiny. Great shoes for the price, as most heels around this price point do not have leather lining nor are as comfortable as these. Good pair of classics comfortable heels that will last for years.

Here were my requirements when I found these shoes (and maybe Zappos should consider expanding its search criteria for more subjective qualities!): A good quality, but not too $$ business pump, wearable with pants as well as skirts/dresses, comfortable but not dowdy or heavy. I just am not into super-pointy toe/super-high stiletto heel look, since I'm 5'11" already so don't need the height boost, plus I'm at the point in my life where I want to look good but have no need to be trendy, especially as I want to preserve my feet (and ankles, knees, etc. ) for as long as I can! And these fit the bill perfectly. Leather is high quality, plus the padded leather lining feels great in bare feet for when I wear without hosiery, which will be most of the time, and reasonably priced for the quality. Highly recommend for women looking for similar features.

These shoes were the perfect color to wear with a dress I've been dying to wear and although the size was right, I think the width was not. The shoe gaped way too much around my ankle. I wish they had this shoe in a C width rather than D.

Absolutely loved these shoes. I guess my days of wearing pointy toes are over, darn t! They are so pretty. Ordered Rockport instead with slightly pointy toes! I hate to give up!

I really liked this shoe. After reading other reviews, I ordered different sizes to test. I ending up finding that my true size 8.5 M was the perfect fit. It is a comfortable shoe, however i have small bunions and the shoe cut right into them. Sorry I had to return, they were classic nice looking shoes.

I tried the 8 and they were much too big. So I tried the 7.5 and they were just weird. I don't have bunions but the way these are cut across the big toe joint? I would. Back they go.

I have a low volume foot (top to bottom) with a narrow heel and long toes. I wear a 7.5 or 8 depending on the shoe, so I started with an 8 in this pair. They are slightly too long; I'm going to return for the 7.5 and see how the shoe works with my long toes.

i likied the shoe but the ?throat? was cut too sharply/deeply for my right foot,, zappos did send me an exchange, still too cutting, thank you zappos for being zappos

These heels were so comfy and stylish! I am not a graceful person in heels, but I needed shoes to wear to a black tie function, so I searched high and low for some classy kitten heels and was so lucky to find these. They looked great and were incredibly easy to walk in.

Love this shoe. I got it in my usual size 9N. It might be every so slightly on the long side but by getting my normal narrow width, it is very comfortable and i don't slip out of it. The shoe has a very elegant cut to it. I got the black snakeskin. Heel height is enough to be elegant while remaining comfortable. I'll modify my review after wearing them if they prove to be uncomfortable but for now i couldn't be more pleased. Too bad they're so pricey.....

These shoes are nicely padded and leather lined, so feel great. Not the sexiest pumps out there, but look nice and are comfy for all day.

These shoes proved once again that I can't wear needle point shoes. Even in a wide my feet just complain too much.

Another great buy from Zappos that got to my door in just 1 day! These shoes are a beautiful neutral color, well made with ample cushion for comfort and look great with everything. Have had great success with sofft brand shoes. Bought these in 8 1/2 wide as I found they are much better for my feet than reg width. Sofft is one of few brands that carry stylish wides.

Beautiful shoe, with a tastefully silver finish. I had read that it runs big, since I am usually between a 9 and a 9.5 I went 9, but actually needed an 8.5. I have narrow-ish heels and bunions and I think the W width would have worked but for the cut of the shoe. The stitched edge cut right across my toe joint pressing right on the bunion. Though tempted by their beauty, I had to send them back.

Beautiful & confortable shoes...comfortable right out of the box! I have a wide foot and bunion removed from R ft so R shoe is sometimes a problem but these shoes in 7W were true to size and perfect for long days in the office. I bought 2 colors and am hoping they come out in black patent:)

These are the most comfortable and amazing heels ever. I can't believe how cute they are in person. I'm an 8 to an 8.5 typically and I took a 7.5 Wide in these shoes. The pointy toes makes them a bit narrow--even for a Wide shoe--but that's what happens if you want to wear a pointy shoe. And they're not uncomfortable. They've extremely comfortable. They're just pointy, so that is what it is.

Really nice looking shoe; sturdy but feminine. Unfortunately it hurt the top inner part of my foot- just dug in the wrong spot.

Great comfortable shoe. Will be perfect for work. Two concerns, the toe is kind of between a point and an almond. I would have liked more point. And the navy is very dark. Still, it's soft and cute and comfortable.
