I own(ed) several pairs of Sofft heels. I had high hopes that the soft leather would give way to fit better on the inside of my toe box. The offset design of the curve across the toes just continues to rub harshly on the inside of my foot. These shoes are uncomfortable for medium width - don't make the same mistake of being too late to return the shoes.

I bought these shoes because I broke my little toe and was finally approved to wear heels to work again. My higher heels were still too painful, so I searched on Zappos and found a pair I thought would work. When they arrived, I immediately put them on and walked out the door. They were a little painful, but I attributed that to my toe. Later that day I realized that they are just truly uncomfortable shoes! They didn't hurt my broken toe, they hurt both my feet pretty much anywhere they touched. Several months later, I decided to give them another try since they were un-returnable due to having worn them outside the house once. I gave them 2 days this time in case they just needed some breaking in. No improvement. In fact, as I limped home, it became even more clear that these shoes just aren't meant for my foot. I'll be donating them soon-- hopefully they'll fit someone else better!

The wide width was not wide enough. The sole was very comfortable and the patent tan color was very pretty.

The cushions inside make a crinkly sound with every step. Can't have that!!!

Uncomfortable, no arch support, felt unstable in the heel. Disappointed expected better quality.
