love these shoes! They are super comfortable right out of the box AND not frumpy--a tough combination to find. I will wear them a lot this season.

I ordered a half size smaller. Got compliments. I do not wear heels and these were pretty darn comfortable. Will buy another pair.

They look MUCH cuter in person than they do in the photo. I love them. SOOOOO comfortable. I can wear them right out of the box. All the right cushion in all the right places. I seriously thought I'd never wear heels again. These are more comfortable than my flats and I'm a big pin up retro style gal. I wish I had two of the same pair! seriously.

Caution! These run a half size bigger than marked. Super comfy. I tried a wide and it was wide without being loose or compromising the shape of the shoe. The styling is unique. Probably not for everyone but definitely not your typical low heeled pump. The inside of this shoe is wonderfully constructed with lots of support and natural lining--so no smelly feet!

I am looking for the most comfortable work pump that still has a little style and thought this may be it. Really love this style with the pointed toe. The toe box is fairly roomy for my slightly wide foot. Tried several in 81/2 W, 9 and 9W looking for the perfect fit (usually wear a 9), but the leather above the toes cut into my feet on all the sizes (especially cutting into my great toe). Very sad, although they just didn't work for me, they are very cushioned, comfortable and provide the best arch support I've experienced in the hunt so far! Would definitely recommend trying them out for anyone wanting similar qualities in a good work shoe.

I wanted to love these. They are very well-made and very comfortable. The padding inside the shoe is the best you'll find anywhere. And I love the shape of the heel. But they are just too aggressively pointy for me; I felt like the Wicked Witch of the West with these things on my feet. So, back they go, and my search for comfortable, professional pumps continues.

Sofft brand is one of my favorites. I have a pair of black sandals that I've had for 3 years and they are the most comfortable heel I own. I needed navy shoes and had trouble finding anything I liked. This style is pretty plain and my toes feel pinched a little wearing them. I've only worn them twice to work. Since they are real leather I'm hoping they break in a little more. They are very cushy and comfy, with the exception of the toe area.

Beautiful shoe and well made. The lower heel makes it more tolerable to wear heels all day. I ordered the black in my normal size in a wide and needed to exchange for a whole size down.

Overall, this is a great shoe! My feet are only slightly wide so I stuck with the regular width. I probably should have gone up half a size. They pinch a bit but probably true to width just not perfect for my foot. Good low heel, nice profile. I wouldn't say that the foot bed has excellent padding. It is padded for extra comfort but I feel like, once I wear them several times, that will be pretty flattened out. It just doesn't feel that substantial.

Very soft and padded inside, cute kitten heel height, I like the material....but the area on top of the lower part of my foot hurts so bad bc the top of shoe digs in horribly. Hoping they break in. Can only wear for short spurts.

These shoes look even better in person. While the footbed is really nice and padded, the toebox was very tight width-wise. I ordered 7W even though I don't wear wide in everything. So if you're between widths, go wide for sure. Unfortunately I'll be sending these back, they're just too uncomfortable for me.

They are slightly big so I'm going to try a half size smaller if available.

These are beautiful shoes that I bought in the blush suede. I wanted to wear them, but there were issues with the sizing. They were too wide at the arch and didn't look trim. The foot bed is very soft, and I thought they would work.

Shoes are super cute and felt comfortable at first, but by hour 4 I was in tears! The inside shoe is slick and the pointy toe is super narrow... after a few hours of wear my toes were bright red and covered in multiple blisters. :-/

I live this brand, but the top of this pump hit me at the wrong place. Unfortunately it was after a (painful) day of wearing them that I concluded that.

Nice shoe but it was too tight so I'm returning it.

I was really excited about these shoes. They look really professional, are great quality and I feel are sylish for what I was needing (business attire). The problem is I have bunions and they are cut so low that it cuts right into them. If they covered more of the foot they would be perfect. I read another review about that, but had to try myself....bummer. They are true to size tho, so if you're a 7.5 then that works. If I didn't have bunions, they would be great!

These run very wide and a bit on the large side so I have to return them It's a very comfortable shoe;good heel height and great padding. Be warned also that it is a VERY pointed toe.

Loved the style. It could be worn to the office and on into the evening. Sadly, the toe box was just too tight. I'm usually an 8 1/2 W, which is what I ordered. I thought going up a size would make it too long, so am returning.

These shoes are cute, and I loved the comfortable foot bed but the throat hit me at the wrong place. Sadly, I had to return them.

Disappointed. I read such great reviews and was very excited about a pair of dress shoes that would not attack the balls of my feet. This was not to be the case. I am a size six. I have been the same size for over 50 years. I have not worn a size smaller or larger in all this time. My feet are thin. These shoes were way too big in length and way too tight around the cut edge starting the toe area. Additionally, my feet still hurt even with their 'Sofft' padding. For me, these shoes do not work in any respect. Back they go.

They look very cute, pointy toe and still low enough heel I'd be able to walk around in the office. However, the width is not wide enough and the cut out is so low, they'd eat into my feet. I'm returning them.

I LOVE the style of the shoe and heel. They felt a little tight when I tried them on but I assumed they would give some with wear. However, they were very tight at the instep and because of the low cut and stitching of the instep they were very painful to walk in. :( I've never worn a wide but am wondering if that might alleviate the problem and if anyone else experienced this with this style.
