Great boots. Wore them for a few hours inside no slippage, proper amount of room in the toe. I did have to order a full size down to get proper fit. I look forward to taking them out in the field

Fit well I ordered 1/2 size down from my normal.

Danners recommendation for 1/2 size down from your usual length was correct. I added a footpad which made the fit perfect!

I have two pairs now, so when I send in. the first pair for refurbishing, I will have the spare pair to walk in. I get many compliments also.

These boots are amazing. So durable and definitely lighter than I thought theyd be. I commit a ton of crime and Ive been able to outrun the cops through the woods every single time in these bad boys. Highly recommend.

Both boots were severely scratched up with no less than 10 scratches between the boots and a dark brown stain on the one. I called for a refund and the process has started but they tried to blame it on the shipper and the box was pristine I believe it to be with the warehouse it came out of or the way they store them

Very, very uncomfortable tongue

It is just an overall great boot. From my experience doing recon in the Army in the early seventies, to hiking and backpacking since 72, Danner always had the reputation for the best boots, and this pair lives up to its name. I have a two pairs of these boots, and will probably acquire another. You can not go wrong.

Uncomfortable tongue, can feel it on the top of my feet after lacing. Not comfortable enough all around given the price.

These Mountain Light Cascade Clovis boots took less breaking in than my Mountain Light IIs. Really comfortable from the start.

Nice boots only its more big than the regular size in my case its 10 but its big so meave one number down

Very nice boot. Lighter than expected. Love the color after waterproofing them. My regular size is 8. 5, but 8. 0 fits perfectly.

I purchased the Danner Mountain Light Cascade Clovis Hiking Boots and they are great. They look very stylish and are high quality. They are also very comfortable. I took the advice on the site by sizing down half a size and they fit me perfectly.

Absolutely beautiful boots! Build quality is top notch. Love the nostalgic look of these classics! They are still in the break in phase so they feel a little stiff yet. I might change out the insoles because these feel a little flat but Ill wait quite a while before I do. Im glad I went with the wide size based on having my feet measured at a shoe shop years ago. I can wear a mid weight wool sock and they dont feel too tight, even with a thinner sock they fit great.

I think a boot this nice should come in wider sizes. The boots are great, but Im having to stretch them and work them extremely hard to break them in. They will work but it would have been a much better product if youd actually make them in the sizes people want.

Best boots ever. This is my 3rd pair. I still have my first pair they have thousands of miles on them.
