Boot busted right other seam...had them only two days

Ugg makes it very hard to return anything. CS is one person. I was on hold 30 minutes! They only want texts! Chat not manned. Some days the return dept is down, and nothing on the weekends. Ugg has stopped putting return labels in the orders. They won't send you a return label. Now you have to take it to the USPS with a code. I will never order from them again. The sizes are crazy. No half sizes. I couldn't even get my foot into the boot and it was the next largest size.

This boot is impossible to get on. It was purchased for my teen granddaughter. Her foot and leg are very narrow. Will not purchase again.

Idk if my boot has some kind of malfunction or what but my black pair I can not get my foot in pass the ankle part! My blue ones aren't like this and honesty trying to avoid the returning hassle

I have been purchasing uggs since 2006. Over the years there has been a gradual quality decline in their products and therefore their longevity. I have pairs from 2006 still in good condition and pairs bought in 2020 that have lasted less than a year. Quality is so poor on these I will be returning. You can see the backing on the fur it's so sparse.

I am really sorry to write yet another poor review. I received my boots super quick and then upon trying them on, one of them fit bigger/looser than the other. I promptly returned, only for them to send me THE EXACT SAME FREAKING PAIR OF BOOTS. Like seriously?! This is either the same boots they sent me before, or their ENTIRE batch of black mini II boots are poorly made. I buy new UGGS almost every year as they are my favorite winter shoe and I have NEVER had this problem... now I am starting to doubt the brand all together. This is highly disappointing. I have never had this issue before and honestly will tell everyone about this bad experience. GOOD LUCK RIPPING OFF MORE CUSTOMERS.

These were extremely hard to put on for a bigger foot , not true to size . Very unsatisfied

Boot is very difficult to put on and the ankle put is extremely small. Poorly designed

I ordered my 11 year old daughter a pair, and have a pair on back order for myself. I will be returning the boots I have, and if I can cancelling the order that's on back order. The way these boots are made it's impossible to comfortably get your feet into this boot, and no one wants to order 2-3 sizes bigger than their normal shoes size just to be able to put their feet thru the opening of a show. Poorly made boot!

The entry hole of the shoe is way to small . I've always wore Uggs but they seem different now .

the opening on my left boot is wayyyy smaller than the right i have a hard time putting on my left boot compared to the right the whole boot looks smaller the the other but both are size 8 watsup with that?? i wore them before i noticed so i am very disappointed that i cannot exchange my purchase and am very sad that it is actually my first purchase from ugg and it is quite expensive for me to of gotten this very poor quality boot. makes me scared to spend that much money again.

The second or third time wearing them the stitching on the right boot it ripped on the tourer seam. Never had that happen to a pair of boots

These are cut very small in the ankle area you have to go up a size. Please make more I love this color and I had to return the pair I purchased.

They were supposed to be black but they're an ashy gray! Loose and ugly! So ugly I thought I brought them from a knockoff shop. I'm truly disappointed in Ugg's for this mess!

Does not even enter and I have medium width feet and I can't fit it. A bigger size would be too huge

I contacted customer service regarding my missing delivery as it showed delivered on tracking system but no package arrived. I was told to contact ups who informed me uggs gave them the wrong address, different last name and phone number. I had to track down my boots across town and retrieve them from a stranger's residence. Very disappointed

This pair had a big scuff on the sole and looked worn I returned it to the outlet in chesterfield
