They said the boots were water repellent and stain free. What a lie, I went out in the 1 inch of snow and my socks in the toes got wet and the next day there were water stains. I am calling customer service.

I borrowed these boots from a friend in beige and loved them so I ordered in black and they turned my toes and feet black RIGHT after a pedicure. Annoying. Returning them.

I have emailed and received no response. The boots are too big and I need a smaller size. I followed the size protocol on the site when I ordered them, but size 9 is just to big. how do I exchange
