Bought it for my mom to match her coat. She couldn't get her foot in. Had to get the ones that open in the back.

i purchased this product and when i tried it, i couldnt even put my foot in, thats how narrow the top of the shoe. very disappointed.

I wrote the website the day i got my package about the hole that i noticed in the side of the shoe and didn't get a response I had ready thrown away the shipping box so...I'm a full time student and I work full time and have a child who has been in and out of the hospital so i had no time to be able to stalk and call so I took a loss on these

So upset that my boots were damaged by a friends dog who decided to eat them just 1 month after I had purchased. I reached out to UGG immediately to let them know what happened and see if there was anything they could do for me. Not only were the customer service representatives not very friendly, but they also copied and pasted responses, that were not a direct answer to my inquiry (along with a plethora of misspellings). They stated there was nothing they could do and that I was out $140. When I called to follow up, they conceded that they could offer me a 20% off coupon, but their email service was down and they have no way to actually send me the coupon. Very upset with the lack of assistance from unprofessional customer service representatives. Feeling very undervalued as a customer. That will be the last pair of UGG boots I own. :(

The boots look like they have already been worn in terms of color which is more greyish than black. I had same model ordered a couple of years ago it looked completely new and colorful, this pair looked much worse when delivered and looks worse every day

Opened the box & the boot had the shape of someone else's foot shape . Stretched & all. I returned to the store rather than wasting my time mailing them back. I'm shocked

this pair and several other pair of UGGS recently bought had to be returned due to them being tight and not fitting properly.

The shoes are too narrow at the top make it impossible to put them on.

These Uggs were not comfortable. I am not satisfied at all.

I could not get my foot into the opening and then in the shoe. I purchased the normal size uggs that I wear (I have three other pairs). The opening is way too small. I purchased the exact same pair for my daughter at the same time .... she is a super skinny 16 y/o. She couldn't get her foot into the uggs either. If she can't get her foot into them then I don't know who would be able to wear these shoes! Bummed was looking forward to wearing these around, but I had to return them.

I've had my uggs for about two weeks and they already are faded, and completely stretched out!!!

I returned the boots because allthough the number was correct, the opening in witch I was supposed to stick my foot in was too small. I mailed them back 12.11.2017 for a refund, but I still haven't got it, because someone at your side mixed everything up . I am still waiting for the refund and getting angrier.

Neck of boot is to small. Making it impossible to put on.

I ordered the navy color mini ugg boots, and the color is nothing what the picture looks like. In fact my boots looks faded, I'm beyond disappointed. Was thinking about ordering other colors, but not sure if I will.

They said they delivered front porch, I live on acreage and they can't get in to put on my porch

The entry was too narrow, went to exchange in SF. They didn't have the ones I wanted in stock, just returned them and forgot about them.

Terrible

-The shoes arrived 10 days later and damaged. -UGG committed to delivery by Christmas Eve and this package arrived on the 27th - 10 days after delivery. -Shoes are damaged and could not even be worn. -I have tried numerous times and have been unable to get ahold of anyone at customer service. -The worst customer service I have ever received.

This review is based on Zappos shipping, not the shoes. The shoes were guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas, but it never came on time. They were Christmas gift for my mothe, but I needed to go out and buy different ones. I need to return these and am very disappointed in Zappos.
