Color was not like what showed online

Nothing wrong with the boot itself however the antilope color isn't as shown in the picture. It looks more like a moss green in person which I don't like. I thought it would be as pictured more of a taupe color but it's not it's green. Will be returning

This is the first pair of Uggs I've purchased in years. The opening of the boot is significantly smaller than the older ones. Also the fur doesn't feel the same. It used to be silky and very soft (with a removable sole), now it feels more coarse and noticeably thinner. I probably won't purchase anymore moving forward, but it's sad to see such a great brand lose what made them special.

The color antilope is not brown. It is a green color and looks nothing like the website. I returned it. Disappointing.

It's been a few years since my last UGG purchase, and the first thing I noticed was how thin the suede had become. All my previous UGG boots were thicker and far better quality, lasting well over 7-8 years with regular wear. The size has also gotten smaller, especially the shaft area, requiring the use of a shoehorn that I never had to use with any UGGs before. The only positive was the plush inside. Disappointed, to say the least, considering the cost.

I bought the boot in the color antilope. I love the boot, thought the color was amazing. The amount of green undertone is disturbing. Especially in certain lighting. If you're looking for taupe and like the color in the picture be prepared to see army green undertones when you take them out of the box and worn in different lighting. It's almost like false advertising.

Purchased my normal size 9. However these were impossible to put on especially with socks! After managing to get my foot in my toes were literally at the end of the footbed. Not sure if it's just this style that's ill fitting or what because I got a size 9 perfectly in other styles.

Hi! I love the color but the right boot is stretched more than the left one. You can visual see it sit off my ankle more. Would love to exchange to have a correct size.

Hi! I have a pair of black Uggs and light brown Uggs from 2021 and 2022. The minis are my favorite, BECAUSE they're a little tricky to go on they are super cozy on the ankle and keep your feet warm, so I buy a new pair every 2 ish years because the old ones start to get loose and not as cozy. I just received my new Ugg minis in Carabou.. they're huge. The ankle part is super wide now and unflattering. They look so cheap. These used to look cute with leggings since they were so secure and cozy on the ankle but now they're a disaster. This sucks I looooved my Ugg minis. Back they go :( I'm a size 8.5 in women's usually but always get a size 8 in Uggs so I size down.. however these literally look like HUGE as if I got a size 10. RIP old quality Uggs

The color of this boot was disappointing. It appears more light than the true darker cognac brown color that I have been accustomed to in the past. I have been buying uggs since 2007 and just sad that this color is not what it used to be.

The antipope color does not look like what is shown in the picture on the website. It is much more green in person. Boots are comfortable but just not the color I was expecting based on the pictures.

I purchased a pair a year ago and got a hole where the Ugg tag is on the ankle within a month. It's not that noticable so it was disappointing but still wearable. I didn't bother returning. I pulled my boots out to wear again this year and I got another hole on the side of foot! I wear these boots lightly. It's a let down that these didn't last a full season. I have a pair of Uggs from 20 years ago, they were worn 1000x more (in snow and rain) and lasted the test of time. The quality has definitely gones down hill.

I've had uggs for years, the ones I've been purchasing lately has poor quality. They're much thinner. They also have been running big? I usually size down on my uggs since they stretch. I'm normally a size 7.5 so I ordered a 7 and they're falling off my feet as I walk. I had to exchange them for a size 6. This is the second pair I ordered in a 7 that were too big. My first pair of minis I had a difficult time getting on but as I wore them they started to stretch around the entrance of the shoe and fit perfect. Those were my favorite however they wore out so quickly. These past two pairs were huge and super thin! It seems Like companies have been cutting corners in any possible area that they can. I would size down

I thought my boot was gonna be brown and it was a light green color

This boot is typical great ugg quality and coziness, but the color is SO OFF. Antilope looks brown in the photos but when it came in the mail it was green!

I ordered these after seeing a friend with them. They seemed brown ish and really pretty. I ordered the same Antilope color and they were super green. I have seen reviews say some looked that way. So I exchanged them for the same color. The new ones also look green.

The color is more of an olive green tone to an darker algal bloom. It looks nothing like the picture ( a nice brown). Pretty disappointed that uggs can't even use a good picture for such an expensive shoe. It is comfortable and true to size but I returned it cause the color is ugly.

Had to exchange the first pair because the fur inside felt rough like it was burned in an area. And the second pair there was very little fur in the heel. Feels like cardboard. It's very obvious the quality has gone downhill and the prices are still going up. This will be the last pair I buy.

Uggs came damaged in a wet box the boots were also wet. I would have loved to have received a non damaged boot. Other than that I love how bright they are.

Although they are very cute and comfy, I wore them when it was sprinkling outside and the water stained white this was after I sprayed them with UGG protection spray. I am very disappointed they look gray now and no longer black I don't know why the quality has changed this much!

I got these as a gift for Christmas gift from my family. I started wearing them when came back to college 2 weeks ago and have only worn them 4 times!! I just looked at them when cleaning my space and noticed that they are already damaged!!! Both the front toes and heels of the bottom of each boot show wear and tear. It looks like it's peeling off and eroding away. I am super careful with my uggs and have never seen this with any past pairs I have received over the years. I am very disappointed.
