The color was way off , it was more of a tan .

love how warm they are, a bit big tho

I used to have many colours of ugg and I liked to wear them during winter all the time. But this time a very unpleasant experience is the fur inside the ugg is felling apart and every time I take off my ugg they are everywhere on floor. It wasn't the case before. And the edges of ugg has furs popping out already but I only wear them like two weeks

When I opened my package my boots were creased and I have pictures of them I don't know if they were creased in the process of being shipped but they need to learn to handle people's things the right way I don't appreciate this I spent my money on these and I expect them to be in perfect condition

My size is 6.5 but had to order 7 as recommended. The boots is too lose, a little difficulty to lift foot up, almost tripped couple times.

The original pair of boots that' were purchased as a gift were ripped up the back of the boot.

I really like the boots. This is not our first purchase. This was a gift for my daughter.

This is my first pair of Ugg's, soo comfortable and warm I love them, once they are on. The opening to put your foot in is much smaller than the taller Ugg's. I have slightly wider ankles but oh my god it's so difficult to get them around my ankle and on my foot but once they are on they are the perfect size. Hoping they loosen up over time!

Shoes hurt my feet

I recently borrowed a pair from a friend after a party to go home. UGGS were all the rage back in middle school, and the minis are slowly making a comeback so I decided to try them for a spin before buckling down and buying them. The good: they are waterproof. The puddle in her driveway did little damage to the suede. The bad: the fur is scratchy and itchy. It is not the soft stuff of 5-6 years ago. It is stringy, stiff, and not at all comfy. Socks the height of the shoe are recommended.

One size too big, would've liked for more pictures to be included in the details, color was not as expected, olive is always a tricky color to buy.

Comfy but not as good as the classic tall

Since I like the short classic - I thought I would try the mini but my pants did not stay tucked in & the mini was more difficult to get on for some reason. So I sent them back & ordered the same color in the short.

I got these in sand and they are adorable! Only bad thing about it is that i got a tiny bit of snow on them and they now have a water stain! :( they say they are water resistant but they arent.

This is my second mini..the left foot is much tighter than the right or any other pair.I know they stretch some but Probably should try and exchange.

For the amount that they cost you should at least make them waterproof.

I usually purchase the taller Uggs but I liked the color on these. They are a little difficult to get on and run smaller than my last pair.

they go with any outfit

i was a little disappointed about the delay of my product in coming, as it was coming from a place closer than another pair i ordered, and the other one came 1st, but that is manageable, as it doesn't have to do with this specific product. but i was very disappointed with the way the box looked when it came. there was a hole, and scratches. isn't ugg a reputable company? don't they want their customers to be pleased? if so, why do they send a box with a hole? it was very disappointing.

The part where you put your feet in I had to squeeze my foot in that's why I stop getting the classic tall ones I have cognac color and my feet slip right on it to tight or I have a defect pair

I love the classic mini ii but the spruce color i ordered was lighter in reality than on internet so i returned for the bethany boot in port.

These run so small! Definitely size up!

Once again the shearling in the right boot was flattened. I wonder how many tried it on? I order direct to avoid the problem but it keeps happening.

Not sure about this, gonna be returning not as I expected.
