I have these in stormy grey, which is a new color. I have several pairs of Uggs, the majority of which are of the Classic variety (talls and shorts, as well as these minis). But this is the first pair I've purchased since they revamped the line and changed the tread/sole. I have to say, I'm very disappointed. The sole is dirty on the bottom, which is obviously fine. But, the dirt has crept up on the sides of the soles, and it's incredibly unsightly and impossible to remove. NONE of my other Ugg Classics have that issue, and for the price, I'm not very happy about it. Hopefully it's just the color of the sole on the stormy grey Uggs that is given to staining. Who knows. But just be aware of this issue!

Cute boot, very comfortable once you get it on. As I read from another person, Extremely hard to get on, the shaft is just too narrow. Once I was able to get it on, it felt great, But then too hard to get back off. Sadly I will be returning these and hope I can find another ugg that is much easier to get on. As always Zappos has Great Service !!

loved the idea of having these but they are just too narrow. I have to fight to get my foot inside of them. I have to return them because they are my size, just too narrow so if I go a size up, they will be too big.

They just don't make them like they used to, I order ugh a every 2 years and the quality has gone down, feels and looks cheaper to me, wish they were like my old uggs:(

I have 5 pairs of old Ugg classic boots, all in size 9. This is second pair I have bought recently in size 9 and both new pairs are too small. I compared the soles of these new boots to a pair I bought a few years ago, and the new ones are much narrower.
These Mini boots are not just narrow across the foot. The opening is very small too. It was hard to get my foot in.

The quality of the boot is not the same. Previously there was a thicker material and more fur but not this one. It is very thin and has less fur inside. Not sure if that was an international derision made based off the specific design of the boot but if this was done to cut corners then I'm disappointed. I really was excited about these. And the black boot could have been a lot darker honestly.

I love the boots I ordered. However, I ordered Dried Oregano, but the boot that was shipped looks grey. Not the color I wanted.

Fit is good. But within a day of purchasing new it was stained and it shows. Forever. I would return if I could. Usually I spray with the waterproof but hadn't had a chance yet.

Beautiful color. I've purchasedmany Uggs boots. This one has the least support. It feels filmsy as lm walking; not supportive. Disappointed in this item.

I purchased the cobble grey, and they show any and every piece of dirt. I have had sand colored uggs and never had this issue. I purchased the cleaning kit and was able to get them clean, but the color seemed distorted. They were back looking dirty in just a day. I am very disappointed.

These shoes are beautiful but SO uncomfortable. My uggs from 5 years ago were not this stiff when I got them. It feels like walking on a piece of wood with no support. Uggs gotten cheap I guess.

The opening is too narrow. I could not fit my foot inside. I gave them to my 9 year old and they fit her perfect. I'm a 6 and she's a 4. So a whole two sizes different.

I LOVE my chestnut Uggs and wanted the dusted cocoa color as well. I was so disappointed upon getting them. They look like color is sprayed on, it's uneven and almost looks gray instead of the rich chocolate brown that was advertised. They look ashy and DUSTY! For the price, I can't justify paying for something that looks so cheap when I could buy 3 dupes that actually come in the advertised colors. Returning for sure!

I have had several different styles of UGGs and I bought the classic mini in the same size as all of my other ones, but I literally cannot get my foot into the top of it. The shoe bed looks plenty wide enough, though.

The hole where your foot should go was not thought out. I bought the correct size yet my foot couldn't physically fit in the hole. I loved the color and could have cried that these didn't work out. Super disappointed also slightly confused on why the hole isn't meant for feet.

My boots looked more green than brown and definitely did not look like the picture online when I opened the box. I loved the shade I saw online but was disappointed, does anyone else think Antelope looks more green in person?

I have worn Ugg's all my life. It pains me to see Ugg's go downhill and become thin and cheaply made. The air when outside flows right through the toes and they do not keep your feet as warm compared to older models. These do not have much padding or support for walking and your feet will feel everything you step on. Please bring back the thicker, warmer, and quality Ugg's you use to produce. Raise the price if you absolutely have to or make two styles with different prices.

I HAVE MANY MANY PAIRS OF UGGS & HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE GETTING MY FOOT IN THEM. THE NECK ON THESE WAS SO SMALL I COULDNT EVEN GET MY FEET IN THEM , SO I AM RETURNING THEM.

They've sent me used boots 3 times on my recent orders. One had dirty soles and grass and dirt inside the boot. Others has knicks on the shoe, and I saw someone's hair inside the box. Frustrating on having to keep returning/exchanging. Just beware when ordering online.
