I'm a runner with a long history of plantar fasciitis and back trouble. I gave Hokas a try and I love them! Brooks have always been my go to shoes but these Hokas have been terrific. Wide enough in the toe box, smooth but not squishy and stable. I run an average of 10-15 miles per week.

Last year I bought minimalist shoes for the sleek look. They ended up being the worst athletic shoes I’ve ever purchased because of lack of cushioning and stability not to mention even though I bought the wide width they were still snug. My feet and ankles got sore.They didn’t even have tongue loops and no loops on the heel to pull the shoe on. I decided to try the maximalist Clifton 3s this year and am so happy with my purchase that I bought 2 pair. These shoes have everything the minimalists lack short of the sleek look. The cushioning makes the shoe comfortable and the built-in stability keeps my feet and ankles from rolling and getting sore. With the roomy toe box, the B width is plenty wide even with socks. The heel loops are big enough to fit two fingers in and who knew what a convenient detail that would be! I especially love the green because it’s different, can work as a neutral and with the laces the same color as the shoe, they look good. Thesem are the best running shoes I've had in a while! Comfy, lots of space in toe box to prevent toe jamming during long runs, and love them! I want to run longer in these which is a good sign!

I ordered this shoe in the tropical green/spring bud and not only do I feel like I'm walking on clouds, the shoe is light weight and I love this fun color! This is my 2nd pair of Hoka's, the 1st pair was Vanquish, and the Clifton 3 may be even a little cushier than my Vanquish's. My usual shoe size 8M fit well.

Glad I found HOKA's - just started a running program and this shoe is amazing. As an overweight, new runner this shoe is lightweight and very cushioned - helping with reducing pain in heels from a bone spur. I previously wore brooks and I will now go with HOKA for all my running needs. if you spend alot of time on your feet, I would suggest these too.

When I first put these shoes on, I thought these are going to work! Not so much. I work retail & walk miles on concrete floors. After 4 hours I could barely make it out to my car to change these shoes. If your looking for comfy shoes to pound the concrete, these are not for you.

I received my first pair of Hoka Clifton 3. I put them on and they are the best shoe ever! Hip doesn't hurt now! Size is same as all my New Balance shoes!!! Thank you

I took these out of the box and ran a 5k. they were very comfy. The thick soles help so you don't feel as if your running on cement barefoot.

I haven’t worn anything but Hokas since I bought these. Fantastic shoes.

These are like walking on a cloud! I love them and they where great for when I was pregnant for that extra comfort! A little on the heavy side but def a great shoe!

If you get sore feet or have plantar faciatis, these are the shoes for you. They have fantastic cushioning, better than any shoe, hiking boot or sneaker I have ever worn. I am about the buy another pair to leave at work. If you care about looks, they do have a bit of a dorky look about them but I love the colors and it's worth it to me.

One of the few pair of shoes my doctor approved for me to wear after 6 months of wearing a cast and boot, and most of that time was non-weight baring due to a torn tibial tendon. I have to be very careful even after 8 months since injury, what shoes I wear and so far these are the best I have tried. And I have tried over 20 different pairs and brands. These are my fav of all my Hokas too. And my doctor told me these are the only pair I can wear for the next 12 months while I am still recovering. I have to wear shoes around the clock, except of course to bed. My doctor says no bare feet. Not even in the house or poolside.So my shoes have to be comfy and so far, these are fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of course wearing any shoe 18 hours a day 7 days a week, there is not perfect shoes that you still don't love taking off before getting into bed but these are pretty close! Would recommend to anyone recovering from foot/ankle injury. I purchased a pair for my husband too since he is always complaining aboout his "impacted feet" . He works construction and normally wears New Balance, but after trying his Hoka's he is hooked! Not one complaint! WHich is rare after hearing him complain all the time for 17 years. Wish I discovered them sooner!

I am so glad I got these. have been wanting them for a while. they are super cushioned.. I use them to exercise in the gym doing weights squats lunges Etc .. And they're great for the cardio machines.exactly what I wanted. I ordered my regular size. I normally order a half a size bigger in sneakers than my normal shoe size. By far the best shoe for wide, flat feet. The shoe has excellent support, great stability, and design. No more foot pain!

Fantastic and comfortable sneaker that leaves my post-surgical/osteoarthritis big toe happy even after hours of walking. I have two pairs. I give one star off because the white sole is ridiculously thick, but that's what gives it excellent roll, keeping my painful big toe joint from bending. The other color I have is purple which is an older version -- has horrible giant logo on the side which is a huge drawback. So glad this version is more sedate. Recommended by my podiatrist and worth every penny. Much more comfortable and also more affordable than MBTs.

Great fit. Only sneaker that I don't have to do a custom insert. So comfortable.

These are amazingly comfortable shoes! They are very light, supportive, and cushie. I believe they run a little small. I consistently wear an 11 but in these I would need a 12 (which they don't offer) so I very sadly had to return them.

These are so comfortable and my feet are so happy! I suffer from foot pain and I have worn these three days straight and on two hikes and I never want to take them off. My feet have been less painful at night.There is plenty of room at the toe, and they run pretty true to size. Great purchase!

I have issues with my knees and shins and these were such a relief! Helping me loose some of the weight that caused some of my issues in the first place.

A great running shoe for heavy or hard foot strikers. ( even if your not, a great shoe). Wore on a 8 mile run right out of the box with no issues whatsoever. Love the bright colors!

Wore this shoe recently while doing alot of walking in Europe. Have had both knees replaced this year & also have arthritis in my feet of & on. Found them to be VERY cofortable!! I really like them! They make walking easy!!!

This is honestly a nice shoe. I am always disappointed with the fit of athletic shoes. Sizing is usually all over the place, with recommendations to "size up" at least a half size. This was not the case with this particular shoe. While I don't like to wear shoes that are too big, I also don't like to wear shoes where my toe comes to the very top. I was shocked that these fit perfectly, while wearing a moderate thickness of a sock. The shoe at first looked a little cloddy to me, but when I put it on, it looked nice. Better yet, it was comfortable. I simply cannot believe I had a win (the first time) with an athletic shoe.
