nice shoe, great padding, but too narrow so I had to return them.

LOVE the shoes! Super comfortable - feels like you are walking on a cloud but with great support. I am a 35 and they fit perfectly. I already recommended them to my mom and she had hers from Zappos in a couple of days and loves them too! Highly recommend.

These are the most comfortable running/walking shoes I have ever bought. I feel like I am walking on air and feel no pain after walking several miles. The wide sole balances my feet while I walk. They are light and airy and support my arch very well. I would highly recommend these shoes to everyone who wants an extremely comfortable fit.

I've been running in these shoes for 2 weeks and love them the most. They are very comfortable and provide great support. The best running shoes I've ever had so far.

I am on my feet a lot, and I work out 3-5 days a week. The Hoka's were highly recommended to me by my cousin, who recently had surgery on both knees. I have plantar faciitis, so I sometimes use orthotic inserts to ward off heel and ankle pain. I wear a size 8, but I usually have to get the 8.5 to use the inserts. I need to exchange these for the size 8, because even with the orthotic insert, these are a bit too big for me. I am surprised, because my feet are a little wide. I also purchased the HOKA recovery slides, size 8. They also are a tad big, but I can live with that because I like to wear socks with them. They are very comfortable. I am excited to get the exchange on my HOKA shoes completed, because I intend to live in these shoes.

These are awesome. I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot and was looking for a shoe that would allow me to still be active, and this has been just the ticket. Great cushion, almost feels like one of those gymnastic floors. Because of that it is great for walking and standing, but not enough stability for activities like squats or anything like that.

Clifton is too tight across toe box.

I have wide feet and so the Clifton works well for me. I love the material of the first generation, I felt that it compensated for the swelling on long runs a bit better. However, they are still the most comfortable shoes I have run in to date. The shoe looks clunky, but is lighter than the Brooks Glycerin.

I tried 4 different brands of walking/running shoes. Have never tried this brand, but decided to after reading the rave reviews on them. These were immediately comfortable the moment I tried them on and knew they were the perfect fit. Very cushiony and true to size and width. Can't wait to go walking in them!

I have Metatarsal pain and these shoes are my most comfortable pair. I wear them all day and at work and when walking my dog. I added HAPADS to the arch for a little more support. On my 5th pair in 3 years.

I have pain in my toe from an old fracture, so my doctor recommended Hoka One One. I've bought other styles in the past and thought I'd try these in black. I usually wear size 5, but that size felt snug and uncomfortable, particularly in the width. I exchanged for a 5.5, which is much more comfortable. If your feet are even slightly wide, I recommend going up half a size to get the extra width.

Frustrated with changes to the Gel Nimbus, I was searching for a replacement shoe and I've found them...very comfortable, plenty of toe room, springy - almost seems my body can't quite keep up w/ my feet. So pleased!

My Physical Therapist originally recommended these shoes for my knee problems. Since that time I have had two knee replacements and an ankle replacement and they have been wonderful. I like that the tongue is padded and like the comfort of the semi rocker bottom. That really helps when you have bad joints. Love these shoes!

I really liked these clifton 3 shoes. They were the appropriate length and support and comfort. The only issue I had was the width. I have hard to fit feet.. I normally wear a 5 to 5 1/2 depending on the make of the shoe and my feet are a little bit wide. Last year I bought a hiking shoe (Hoka one one Tor summit WP) through Zappos in a size 5 and they are a perfect fit so I bought a size 5 in the Clifton 3. They were very nice except being too narrow for me. These Clifton 3's were exchanged for Hoka one one Arahi and they are working out nicely for me. Thank you Zappos to help me get the best shoes available!

I have very high arches and these are great. A little wider shoe than I'm used too, but you get used to it. I have lupus so running is very hard on my joints so since this shoe is so cushioned it helps absorb the impact. The only thing is that I notice you kind of rock back a little in them. Better looking in person than online.

Like walking on clouds. These shoes make running easier on my joints. Worth every penny.

I got this Hoka one one Clifton 3 for my daughter as a gift on Mother's Day. She took them for a walk right away and she was amazed on how comfortable they were. I have a pair myself and they've been great for me. Absolutely a very good buy.

I have been desperate for a new black workout shoe. My old Asics Nimbus were worn out and the new version looks weird. Innovate runs a size to small. Tried in Nikes and they looked too delicate. These are perfect. They run exactly true to my size and feel like walking on a cloud. I'm getting more colors asap!

This is a shoe I own 3 of. The exact same color also. Lol. When I go to a theme park and am on my feet all day these are perfect. I have plantar fasciitis issues and that is one reason I love Hoka so much. The cushion and arch support are great and they accommodate insoles if I need my powerstep pinnacles in them for more aggressive arch support. They finally gave the Clifton some width in the tie box. Yeehaw! They had always been so narrow I could not where them. These are one of the lightest at hokas also.

Bought these shoes for a marathon later this summer. They are the bomb! Very light but supportive. I hope they last for few a few marathons. Sort of pricey.

My daughter came home to visit Easter weekend. We went walking at a local park, on the roads because I'd been having back, hip and knee problems that prevented me from enjoying much walking. I was wearing the same shoes that I used on the trail but still having much difficulty on level pavement. She insisted that I trade shoes with her since we wear the same size. She was wearing Hoka One One Clifton 3. The cushioning and support gave me immediate relief. I came home and ordered a pair for myself. I've been comparing my pain level at the end of the day after wearing the Hokas with my other shoes. There is no denying that Hoka's cushioning and support help keep me moving and comfortable.

I'm a forefoot striker and the Cliftons have worked for me like no other. Really appreciate the cushy feel and lightness. Choose your actual size as opposed to the standard 0.5 size up for running shoes. Truly a holy grail shoe.

Absolutely love this shoe. It was comfortable right out of the box. I work out at the YMCA 4-5 days a week and have been wearing this shoe every time I go. The cushioning is great and the padding around the heel keeps the shoe nice & snug without pinching, rubbing, or hurting. I am considering getting another pair for a trip we are taking during which I'll be doing a lot of hiking up & down hills & stairs.
