This jacket is great for keeping me warm in the wind & rain.

This was a Christmas gift to my boyfriend and he loved it! The jacket is very warm and does not look bulky at all!

This jacket is very warm and yet stylish. Can wear to both casual events and nice dinners out on the town.

It's perfect. I bought it as a gift for my son. He hates to wear a jacket esp a winter jacket. As we live in ND where it can get frigid cold. As an attempt to get him to wear a warmer, quality jacket, I ordered an Apex and its just right for his needs. Warm, windproof, water resistant, light weight and fits well. While he may need more for the deep cold, the Apex meets all his needs for the rest of the time.

Waterproof outer shell is great for being outside in the rain, inside of collar is not waterproof so if it's raining hard you need to make sure you're zippered all the way up. Quite warm and the relaxed fit makes it easy to layer underneath. Not super breathable and it is toasty inside so I would make sure it's pretty chilly outside before you start doing a lot of physical activity I need this jacket. Zippered pockets are linesman with the fleece and feel nice on the hidden hands during a gust of wind. If you're in between sizes I would recommend sizing down. Great jacket, would very much recommend.

This jacket is phenomenal! It keeps me warm, and is perfect for the cold, rainy days!

I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend who is 6'2" and built like a football player. I ordered the jacket (TNF Black / TNF Black) in his normal 2XL size, and the fit was as desired. The sleeves hit right at the ends of his wrists, and the bottom hem of the jacket hits right below his waist. Without being baggy on its own, there is still plenty of room for him to layer if he wants. The inner fleece lining seems to make all the difference in an added warm element and ultimate comfort. He loves that he can wear the jacket both casually over workout clothes or with business casual to work. Sleek and structured - a true staple that we hope will serve him for years!

This is just a great all around 3 season jacket

This jacket was designed for me. A light weight jacket that keeps you warm. I drive alot and this coat has no bulk to it but keeps you warm for the winter nights. I will buy this jacket again and again. ordering the same in a different color. Highly recommend. Guys if you dont like that puffy feel this jacket is perfect.

I bought the Apex Chromium Thermal Jacket from TNF for my brothers 16th birthday and he absolutely loves it! He has been wanting a TNF jacket for some time now. he was really excited that I found him one that had the fleece inside like TNF women's jackets. It has the nice soft fleece inside the back going up the sleeves inside the jacket. the only thing I probably should have done differently is that I should have bought him a L instead of a M because this really runs TRUE TO SIZE and the M fits him great but if he needed to wear a hoodie he couldn't wear a hoodie and this jacket at the same time and I don't know if he will be able to fit it next year because he's still growing and is in football and also a sophomore in high school right now and the boy eats like crazy lol so most likely ill probably be buying him another TNF jacket next year so other than me messing up on the size on the jacket I think over all it was a great buy for my brother and I pleased with the purchase thanks TNF for making this jacket

I was looking for a replacement to my Apex Bionic 2 jacket. I loved the Apex Bionic 2 but wanted something a little more warmer. I am so glad I got the Apex Chromium Thermal jacket. The Sherpa fleece makes the jacket really warm, cozy and comfortable. I have worn this jacket when the temperature has dropped in the low 30s and it still provided me warmth. I wish the jacket came in more color combinations. I ended up buying the Cardinal Red /Asphalt Grey, which looks pretty cool and is not to bright.

I love this jacket! I needed a jacket that would be warm, and at the same time stylish, and this jacket does just that. The sleep looks paired with the soft and warm interior of the jacket makes me want to wear it everywhere. Another amazing product from TNF, and I could not be happier!

This is a great jacket to use for any occasion. I've worn this jacket multiple times. I particularly like wearing this jacket with a casual or semi-formal outfit; however, I've also worn this jacket on hikes or when I walk my dog in the mornings. It definitely keeps me warm and the wind doesn't penetrate the outer shell. I especially like the sherpa lining on the inside because it's soft and makes it feel comfortable. I've always enjoyed North Face products because of their quality products.

Casual use, awesome for that purpose. Works in an incredibly wide range of temperatures - I wore it at -5 C and could comfortably wear it at + 15 C. And I suspect I could use it at - 10 C (with something more than a t-shirt underneath).

I'm a geologist. Part of my work requires me to be in the field. My first North Face jacket travelled with me all over the world - Alaska, the Yukon, Colorado, British Columbia. When it wore out, I was devastated. It was several years old...I wanted the same jacket. But few manufacturers stick with what works. Thankfully North Face did. I got an updated version of the jacket, that's better than the first one I owned. The fleece lining is warmer and the fit is updated. Thank You North Face!
