These Uggs are so pretty - a perfect gray, and a nice touch with the bows. They're really hard to put on though, it's tough to get you foot into them if you have any kind of an arch.

Not the UGGs I'm used to from the past. Tight and small. Quality is not there. pretty disappointing. I only kept because they were on sale and I didn't feel like paying to ship back

I ordered UGGs in the button and bow style, to compare. Both were uncomfortably too small, and I don't know that the fur inside will tamp down enough to be really comfortable. (I was wearing very thin socks too--not the thick Smartwool I will most likely have on my feet this winter!) I purposefully did not size up this bow style because reviewers said it ran big--that was not the case for me. But the bow and the button styles were exactly the same length--I don't know why this one says to size down but the other style does not recommend that. But I think getting a whole size larger than my normal shoe size would be crazy. I guess Uggs are not for me, size-wise. But even if they had fit well, I was biased from the moment I touched them. The "fur" lining on the insides did NOT feel like real wool--it felt very synthetic. The lining under the foot did feel like real sheepskin, however. So I don't know--but I have had plenty of sheepskin-lined boots and slippers and can usually tell real vs synthetic just by feel. The leather was also only 1 layer and seemed very thin, especially at the toe. In comparison, the gray button style Ugg felt like real sheepskin throughout and had 2 layers of material. So I'm not sure why the ribbon style is more expensive--the button style seems like a better made boot! PROS: If they had been the right size they were very plush--exactly what I'm looking for! Just in a different company/boot I guess.

I own 26 pairs of Uggs (boots) from Classic to mini to Baily Bows. I own 5 pairs of Baily Bows (with the double bow) and I can honestly say that each pair size-wise is different, even though all of them are size 7. My older gray ones pit PERFECT. The other colors to include navy and coral are wider, my heel on the left boot slips when I walk, and it's just not a good fit. The lining is not as fluffy, and in one pair the insert was cut in half and sewn together so when I walked it felt like a stick was under my arch (this has happened with 2 orders). I don't know what is going on. I do know that the quality and inspections are slipping terribly, and as a result I think my Ugg phase has passed.
