Very disappointed in packaging. Tissue paper in box looked as though it had been used prior. I believe new tissue would have been used to wrap boots especially since I am using this for a Christmas gift.

I love this pair! I have big calves and it's extremely difficult for me to find boots that fit to the top of my angle and this boots performed just perfectly. I do wish i bought a size smaller. I usually wear size 7 but thir boots specifically expanded on the width and it became a little loose other than that I love it! It keeps my feet warm and snug. Worth every penny.

I really loved this boots. They were my favorite until the back got folded very ugly and the fur started coming off. I would wear them almost all the time but i would pull from the back so the back got messed up. But other than that they are very nice comfy boots. Just pull from the sides so the back doesn't get ugly.

Love these boots! Run a little big to me so I prefer getting a size smaller. Comfortable, warm and cute!

Loved these boots as soon as I saw them launch...I usually buy my Ugg boots one size smaller to begin with since they loosen over time but I recommend maybe even going down two sizes...the area that wraps around your leg became a bit loose which caused them too fit me a lot more loose than any of my normal boots so i could would assume if i had gone two sizes they'd loosen up to just the perfect amount. other than that i loved them!

I really want these but I don't want the price. Wish they weren't this expensive.

I like my boots a lot. I have a hard time keeping them clean though. even after the waterproof it still picks up small water stains. but other then that theyre really cute and are perfect for in the winter

This is the CUTEST pair of UGG's and by far look super duper cute with a pair of leggings and a over sized cardigan! Not to mention they keep you warm and do the job with being the most comfortable shoes in the world! I got these in a size 6 and they were a wee bit snug (if you have small feet like me, don't get the next size up) also in the color navy and they are the cutest things ever. My only complaint is how they get a little worn quickly, I made sure to be as gentle as possible with them and yet after a couple of wears they will get the wrinkles, so be warn of that. Besides that, they are the best pair fall/winter boots you can get and I recommend them for everyone! :-) They were the best Christmas present EVER! If someone you know is asking for a pair, grant their wish and let them feel like a legit princess.
