Love the comfort but if you order black the dye comes off on your feet...never happened on previous boots.

The Ugg boots felt snug and a size smaller. I wear a 7 but sized up to 8, and size 8 was snug. I asked for an exchange but somehow Zappos changed their exchange process. Instead of sending me the new size while I ship them the wrong one just like they used to do, they now want me to either exchange via gift card/store credit (if exchange doesn’t work then I end up with store credit as opposed to getting credited via original payment) OR return the item and order a new size — which means Zappos will hang on to my $ as it goes thru the return process as I pay for the new size. For a customer who has been ordering from Zappos for the past 14 years, I expect a better customer service than that.

Love the boots but the 7 was too large. I wear a size 6.5 in shoes and the size 6 UGG was a better fit. Great looking boot and super comfy.

A $200 price tag for a pair of Ugg boots is nothing to sneeze at. For that price you would think the quality would be top-notch on each pair of Ugg boots — also hand inspected for flaws before leaving the factory. The first pair of Ugg boots I received had a triangular piece of fur missing on the inside lining at the top of the boot. Its replacement pair puckered all the way down the side of the boot due to poor quality stitching on the side seam. Zappos customer service was excellent throughout the return process for both damaged pairs, and I received a third pair of boots that was flawless. It appears the Ugg Factory needs to improve its quality control if they’re going to continue charging such high prices for their merchandise. However, I’ll never regret buying my Ugg boots from Zappos because they have the best, most accommodating customer service in the business!

Great style. A bit snug out of the box across the top of the arch - presumably will stretch a bit. I usually wear a 6.5 or a 7 in a boot, so pretty true to size. Hoping this is more water resistant than the original UGGs.
