I have had these boots for about a week but so far, so good - they are very comfortable which is important because I am on my feet most of the day - the description said that the boots run large so I ordered one size down and they fit perfectly - I do not plan on wearing them in the snow at least not yet anyway - the only draw back and the only thing that I do not like is the shaft height - they do not seem to be "tall" at all - they run just about mid-calf and I would have preferred an extra inch or two so that the shaft height would be close to knee high - I do not know how well made the boots are but, unfortunately, with the inferior way everything is made these days, I do not expect them to last more than a couple of seasons - hopefully I will be proven wrong and considering the price of the boots, I should get several years' wear out of them - only time will tell

I have a pair of the old Classic Tall in the “chocolate” color that has been amazing, but I was ready for a new color. I have always been very impressed with the lightning fast shipping and fantastic customer service with Zappos, so I ordered a pair of the Classic Tall II in the “chestnut” color. It ended up taking four orders of this style to get a non-defective pair. The first pair felt like a different size in each boot, the second pair had a small spot on one of the boots, the third pair was very odd in that the left boot constantly twisted my jeans & finally, the fourth pair is great. I do still notice a teeny bit of twisting of my jeans from the left boot but nothing I can’t live with. I find the sizing to be accurate. I am usually a size 8 or 8.5 in boots but I had to get a size 7 in the OLD Classic style. However, I chose to go with a size 8 in my new Classic II style and they are perfect with or without socks. They are very warm and I love the Chestnut color. They go with anything! Last but not least, my customer service experience from the Live Chat representatives was wonderful. They were very accessible any time of day, eager to help & very accommodating with the issues I was having with my orders. I would recommend Zappos & these boots ;)

These boots are cute and warm. I wear between an 8.5 and a 9 and an 8 in these is perfect. Very warm and cozy boot. A little snug on the calf.

This is my first pair of the new "water resistant" classic tall version. The sizing seems the same as my other pairs, however, I think the material of the boot seems a little more stiff, not as soft. Since I plan on wearing them in the snow, I don't think its an issue for me.

I have a pair of classic uggs this height and I love them. I have had them for years and they are still in good condition but I wanted these because they are now supposed to be waterproof and a little less wide looking. I hope to not have to find out if the waterproofing is an issue. The fit and look was good, except as someone else noted the tag in the back is all black even the logo so it blends in with the boot. I agree with that reviewer that I prefer the tag that stands out to the tag on this boot that blends in. The boot material inside and out is very nice quality and feels cushier inside than my first pair. Besides the new tag, I like the improvements.
