Love the style and comfort. The leather is not up to par however. One both shoes there was a stiff ridge of leather that was lighter in color and on one shoe, a large white bare spot of missing suede. I sent them back and ordered another pair. The ridge was present on one shoe and both had white spots of missing suede. For the price, quality control should be better.

Sadly, I had to return 2 pairs of these boots because of scuff marks on the side of the suede. I ordered a 3rd pair and these will also be returned. Not only is the suede damaged but there is a pin hole in the leather on top of the boot.

Owe! I bought this shoe because it had 5 star reviews and looked promising to be a cute and comfortable bootie. Wore them to work today and got such a painful blister that I had to call by boyfriend to pick me up from the train station because I couldn't bare to walk home. It rubs on the back of the ankle at the edge, where the bootie is cut low. There is a seam there and, even though it is swede, it rubs painfully above the sock line. You must wear high cut socks or tights with these boots, at least the first few times you wear them, or you will have a bloody hole in the back of your ankle like I do :(

This is a beautiful looking boot. It runs a bit narrower than the typical Naot medium width. The zippers caught the hems of my trousers. Also inside the right boot is an ugly black stain. This style made my large foot look huge. I am returning this pair.
