Really nice comfortable shoes. I looked for a long time to find this color animal print—which was comfortable! Kind of surprised Naot shoe fit the bill since they have been all too narrow. Size 10M no issue.

These were beautiful. I usually wear a size 10 in boots but these were tight. Excellent arch support. I wanted to keep them, but found a pair that worked better.

I loved these boots and wanted them to work so badly. However, the heel is too narrow and I wouldn't have worn them because they hurt. So, they are going back. But, if you have a narrow heel, these are adorable!

Very comfortable shoe for my age 66 feet with bunions. I did one stretch with my shoe stretcher for the foot with the larger bunion. Thank God for comfortable shoes! No brainer with jeans. Could use a little more support.

Of all the shoes I've tried recently, these were by far the prettiest. I have plantar fasciitis/heel spur and was very hopeful that I could wear these shoes. I am typically an 8.5 so I ordered the 40 but they were too tight across the top of my foot and I definitely would not have been able to get my orthotic inserts inside. The shoes are absolutely adorable in person and the comfort level was actually decent without my orthotics but there was no way I could wear them that tight on my foot.

I was so excited to see these - have been wearing NAOT shoes forever - these have been the only shoes that I can wear comfortably for any length of time. I have high arches and am disappointed with the lack of arch support in these - they don't seem to have the same footbeds as other Naot shoes that I have worn. I still love the boots and am working to find an orthotic that will help.

My foot falls a little on the wide side, but not enough for most wide shoes. This toe box was just too narrow for my mildly wide feet. Otherwise was a very nice looking shoe. The length was very true to size.

The fit is great and the leather is nice and soft which is perfect for bunions, hammertoe, and halix rigidus. Obviously I have all three! The style is what was lacking since I wanted to wear this bootie with skirts or a long sweater dress. The style of the shoes I think lends itself to more to jeans.

The look is fabulous--sleek, slim on the foot, nice combination of leathers. But needing a typical Naot toe box, which is generally wide and generously high, I should have realized that this model wouldn't work for my arthritic toes. also, this model feels short compared to other Naot 39s, my regular size. So do order up 1/2 size. Unfortunately for me, they must go back.

I bought two different styles, I decided I liked the Nefasi style better. It made my foot look slimmer, and I thought the blood overall was more attractive.

Super comfortable - but the coloring is a bit off. It leans to the purple side of burgundy. I was desperate for a shoe so I kept them but in hindsight, I don't love the color especially for the price.

What a beautiful shoe! Very stylish. And I loved the dual zippers, because I figured it would be easy to get into. Unfortunately it is so much smaller than the true size, I couldn't even fit my larger foot into the shoe and zip it. I may try it in a larger size, to see if I can actually find the size that fits.

I really liked the style of this boot, and the quality is good. However there were scuff marks on the suede. Whether they had been worn and returned, I don't know, but scuffable suede isn't practical for me at work. Regarding the fit: I have narrow feet, but ordered M so I could wear with socks. The fit was comfortable (ok with wool socks). I like more arch support than these boots provided.

Oh, how I wish these worked for me. Ordered up a size to try to see if could fit. Just too narrow for me. The footbed was so supportive and comfy though. I normally don't wear a wide but can't seem to get a fit in Naot shoes. Most run narrow for me.

A lovely boot. Loved the quality. Disappointed because left boot was too tight. However, I am going to look for more Naot shoes because they are high quality.

I ordered several pairs of shoes from Zappos and some of them were noticeably worn shoes, this was one of them. I don’t typically care but these were so stretched I didn’t know if it was the shoe or the fact that it was worn. Have to return, I have trouble with ankle width as it is on booties and these were just wrinkly wide. Otherwise, I liked that it had two zippers for a snug fit and I really liked the two toned leather.

I ordered five pairs of boots, all of them were 39 and this was the only one that was extraordinarily tight. I even ordered another pair from the same brand which fits fine. This particular shoe runs very small and narrow. I have narrow feet and this was even narrow for me. Whatever, the style is really well done and could be dressed up or down. I think I will return and try it one size larger simply due to great style.

This boot was very comfortable - until I walked in them. The heel rubbed on my right foot with both thin and thick socks. I like the color, footbed and toe, but not the heel. I am returning them.

The shoes were shipped to me in a box that was ripped and didn’t have any tissue paper and fillers that normally come with a new pair of shoes. This made me suspicious that these have been worn before and shipped around. One shoe actually felt larger than the other. Also, they felt broken in, like they have been walked in for a while. I was disappointed, as I did like the way they looked.

Love this shoe. Wanted something I could stand and walk around in while working, and this is just what I was hoping for! It's a bit pricey, but my feet weren't talking to me throughout the day. The suede and heel help to give the otherwise "comfortable-looking-shoe" a little style.

I didn't see in the photos that there is different fabric in front of and behind the zipper - leather in the front and kind of a suede in the back. Overall felt like good shoes and were comfortable, but were a little too big with my custom orthotics.

The Naot Helm is an extremely comfortable fitting bootie and the side zipper makes for easy on and off. However, I was disappointed in the leather/suede combination and sadly returned them. There were small patches on the heels where the suede was already showing wear from just packaging in the the box. If the bootie was all leather it would be perfect but given the price and my concern for the suede durability, just had to let them go!

These were as expected in appearance, but there is a hard rim that runs around the edge of the toe box which can be felt by outer toes. Otherwise, would have been very comfortable.
