These are unicorn shoes: comfort brand and finally a chic style that isn't decidedly old-lady comfort granola. I am a devoted Naot lover with size 9.5-10 Wide feet with high high arches and plantar fasciitis, and the size 41 fit perfectly and is a snug, secure fit across the top of my foot. I was worried my foot would slide around inside this style, but it doesn't. You have to undo both sides' zippers to get in/out because it's a nice snug fit. There's enough room around the ankle that it won't rub, but my heel won't be sliding up and down either. I would also recommend the Kirei for all-day walking (I am a teacher), and love the Dorith and Sophia sandals for summer standing/walking.

Exactly what I wanted for a trip to Scandinavia! Love the style, especially the carved heel and low cut ankle. They are extremely comfortable with excellent arch support (no more Dr. Scholls'!!) Took about 15 mins of walking to soften them up, but they are super light weight making them perfect for long days truckin' around town. I had no problem with the two zippers: I pull both up at once ... VOILA! But can easily get them on with just the inside zipper open. And finally, they are very water resistant, and have great traction on wet wood/marble floors. Totally recommend them!

Whenever I see shoes that are only available in medium I'm a little hesitant as I have bunions on both feet, so quite often the medium is too tight across the box toe. However, these Naot boots are great; they feel wider than the average 'medium' and the super soft leather really helps. I found them extremely comfortable straightaway, and they're a smart, classic style. Recommended!

These are wonderful shoes. No question. I have difficult, sensitive, wide feet and have had surgery on both of the. My right foot has screws that slightly poke up from my instep. These shoes have no seams anywhere near the sensitive parts of most people's feet. They are smooth and streamlined, visually minimalist - a contemporary, timeless, and flattering design. I did replace the insoles with my orthotics, & need to wear with thin socks, but these are most comfortable shoes I've had on it years. I am in awe. Just ordered another pair!

Fit a tad bigger than a 5.5, but comfy leather and foot bed. Love the style. However the leather was hot a mess. A large ridge went up the middle of both shoes, much more pronounces on the left. This ridge was palpable while wearing the shoes and was uncomfortable. One section of the suede side was noticeably discolored. Right below it, the seam of suede attached to the sole was uneven. Finally, white streaks were embedded in the leather on a 2 inch section of the right shoe. They look like used secondhand boots. For $200, no thanks.

For someone with bunions but otherwise medium feet, these boots are PERFECT. They are stylish, and incredibly comfortable. I've never worn Naot before, but I am in love with these boots. I have also never written a review before, but these are so great, I had to.

Love, love, love these! I am a committed Naot fan--I need arch support and a wider toe box due to previous injury/surgery on mid foot. It is difficult to find "comfort" shoes that are also fashionable, and these definitely meet my criteria.

These little boots meet the "Goldilocks Effect," not to tall, not too short, but "just right!" After going through other Naot ankle boots, I finally found these. They are comfortable with little to no break-in time; they are stylish, but not flashy. These boots look great with skirts and slacks.

Super cute for Naot shoes. They're quite low cut, lower than a bootie (which I thought they were). You can see the top of the ankle from the rear. If you're OK with that, I highly recommend.

My Mother bought these boots.....her first online purchase of shoes EVER....and they were not the same color. She has several Naot pairs of shoes and has always been happy with the brand. These boots are very good looking, and they felt great, fit great, but they are obviously not the same color. Not sure why Zappos would ship these. Like we wouldn't notice? You spend $200 on a pair of shoes and don't notice they aren't the same color?? Very disappointing. We've returned them.

I have high arches and need a wide toe box, but I do not like clunky boots. these are perfect~ they manage to be stylish and comfortable at the same time. Yahoo! There is plenty of room for me to wiggle my toes, and while the arch support isn’t medical grade, I can feel the insole which is an improvement over most boots. The heel is a perfect height. The boots are low cut and look fabulous with jeans or dresses. My only complaint is that they had worn spots on the suede portion of both shoes right out of the box. I was going to exchange them but noticed in the pictures on line the shoes had the exact same flaw. I bought the blue/ink combo. My size is right in between a 7 and 7.5. I ordered a 38 and the fit is good.

I wore these all day right out of the box. I have narrow heel, with normal width otherwise, kind of long narrow feet with a high arch. I am a 9 and 40 fit me like a glove. Nice and snug for a boot, no slop. The style is classic and understated, I believe I will feel comfortable wearing these with a casual skirt. I send most pairs back, and though they're speedy, they are worth that great naot comfort. Planning to wear on a trip to Europe.

My review is tempered by the fact that I have orthotic inserts. That said, after removing the factory insole and replacing it with my orthotic, the shoes fit very well. I usually wear size 38. They are close-fitting but still comfortable. The leather is soft and I anticipate it will give a little. These will not work with thick socks, but work very well with the thinner smartwool designs. I got the blue color and they go with everything. I am very happy.

These are adorable boots. I get lots of compliments on them. They're my go-to boots--I wear them most of all, unless it's really snowy/slushy out. They are holding up really well after two full winters. The Naot footbed inside the boot is very comfortable. I've struggled with plantar fasciitis and these boots provide enough support that I don't need to wear heel inserts. Very pleased with their comfort and style. I've had Naot sandals in the past and loved them because the footbed is narrower than a Birkenstock, but provides the same support. That's why I tried these boots. And they did not disappoint.

I found the black boots at a store in person and then loved them so much I bought the pecan brown and olive suede here! I usually wear a size 8, but the 38 in these fits perfectly when I'm wearing thin socks. They started out just a bit snug, but after wearing them to work for one day the leather has loosened up into a perfect fit. They're equally great with skinny jeans or with tights and a dress or skirt.

I'm a size 12 M with a good healthy arch. It's hard enough to find hip looking shoes in size 12, so when I discovered Naot, I was pretty happy! I bought the Naot Helm in 3 different colors. The navy pair fit perfectly, like a glove! The leather is soft and supple, the style was classically hip. Nirvana. I didn't want to take the shoe off to try on the other colors. It was that wonderful. After an hour or so wandering around the house, I tried on the color called dirty olive. I couldn't get my foot into it. What the heck! I loved the combination of brown leather and olive suede, so I ordered two more pairs in that color just to be sure I got one that fit. Same deal, one was smaller, the other one fit - but not as well as the blue ones. The burgundy-purple color is just magnificent. I had to make a tough decision and send it back because I can't afford 3 pairs of these boots. Since I already made Zappos send me another shipment of the dirty olive color, I decided I'd better keep those. But truly, I wish I'd kept the others, too. My real comment is this. These are luscious and well-made, but the sizing is inconsistent. They do run narrow, but they stretch to the shape of your foot. If you are normally comfortable in a medium width, don't be scared. Try them. If you wear anything slightly wider, these won't work.

These boots are fabulous! I don't know how I have slept on these? Very soft leather. They felt snug when I put them on, but after wearing around the house with a thin, wool sock, they stretched to a very comfy but still close fit. They look adorable with pants, jeans and also dresses and skirts. I am now wearing these all day long with great comfort. I do not wear them without socks. I have a significant bunion on my right foot and these are wide enough to accomodate that. I also have mortons neuroma on both feet and my feet are not squeezed in these boots. I believe I now need them in more colors!!

Perfect. I had to try-on and return a lot of shoes before I got these. I have a bunion and plantar fasciitis and these boots look and feel great. I usually wear a 6-6.5 and the size 37 fits great with enough width to accommodate my bunion. Insole is removable if needed. May get another pair. Maybe as a Christmas present since they are spendy- but totally worth it.

These felt good right out of the box and have a stylish look despite their comfort features.

Blue booties in the right shade are tough to find. This is a winner! Looks great with denim but also pairs nicely with work dresses. The sueded heel adds an interesting detail.

I love these boots! They are supportive, warm and comfortable. The color is terrific and looks awesome with jeans. Just what I was looking for. Well worth the money!

These boots are fantastic for those with bunion issues who still want to look fashionable. They are so comfortable, and they look great. I love the zipper on each side, because it allows for a snug fit. I already owned them in brown, so I knew I'd be happy with these, and I am.

I love this boot! Right out of the box it was so comfortable which is typical of Naots. At first I ordered the 37 as I have in other Naots but this one I ended up in a 38 and it’s perfect. I think the size change is due to the toe box. The other Naots I own have more of a square toe box and this one is more pointed and narrow.

Love this boot! Naot makes some medium wide shoes so was really hoping these would be comfortable. What I'd do to be able to wear cute boots.

My feet are not wide but either Naot runs narrow or this style is just on the narrow side. I returned the size 38 (Zappo's picked that size for me) and ordered my usual 37 but the shoe still felt too snug for comfort on the sides of my foot.
