The back sole fell off of the left shoe after wearing these only half a dozen times in the last 2 years. For what these shoes cost and the reputation of the brand, this is ridiculous.

I have had 2 pairs of these in black, 1 in burgundy, 1 in tan. I am a principal so I walk all day on concrete floors and stairs. These are so comfortable. Zero foot pain, no blisters, your ankle is secure. They are stylish and can be worn with dresses, slacks, pants, jeans. They wear evenly and are simply the best all purpose shoe for people who walk all day.

They were a little wide, but very handsome shoe.

I am in love with these boots. I have a narrow heel but bunions on both feet make boot sizing difficult, so I usually have to order a Wide boot and a half size up to get a comfortable fit. These are a medium width, but the toe box is wide enough and high enough that they feel wonderful on my feet. I like them so much I ordered them in two other colors. Yes, expensive, but after buying and returning 9 pairs of boots online at Nordstrom and 7 other pairs on Zappos, I found these. The low heel is super comfortable to walk in. The soles seem to be slip-proof so far, which is a good thing, and I really like having two zippers- it makes it so easy to get these boots on and off. The blue is a good color with jeans, black is perfect with everything, and the Bordeaux color is really beautiful, classy and elegant. Don't be scared away by the "violet" description of the suede on the back of the Bordeaux color. It doesn't really look purple; it is just gorgeous. I am wearing these with a light weight knee-high sock and they are just right, but I can also wear a slightly heavier sock on colder days. The boots are made in Israel and the workmanship is superb. These boots fit perfectly from the moment I put them on. No breaking in period. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit, as I have one foot that is a half size bigger than the other. Usually one shoe will fit great, but not the other. Not with these boots. Both feet were not fatigued after a day of walking. I ordered the size that fit my smaller foot.

I really like this little pair of booties. My feet are wide across at the toe and I have a very high instep which almost always makes buying a slip-in boot impossible for me. The two little side zippers allowed me to get my food in the bootie and zip up. They ran true to length and I would say true to width. My foot just sort of eased into place and had a bit of snugness at the top of my instep which was gone by the end of the day. They mold to your foot, no seams anywhere at the front of the shoe which made them almost instantly comfortable. There is also some leather padding at the inside of the heel which is great for preventing any rubbing. I would love to see an all leather version of this instead of the 1/2 with suede.

Zappos upsized me to 39, I usually wear a 38. But they were absolutely right, they fit PERFECTLY! Lovely shoes. Now I want more of them!

This boot has inspired me to write my first review.These are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. The upper leather is soft and supple. They look stylishly narrow, yet the toe box is roomy enough to accommodate s bunion on my right foot. There are two zippers on each boot for easy on and off. I wore them on the first day for a full day of walking. No break-in needed. Based on other reviews, I ordered a half-size up, which seems perfect and allows for moderately thick socks. I'm not wowed that the back of boot is suede. I would've preferred all leather. Still, for the comfort and overall style, these are perfect. Well worth the cost.

Very comfortable, fashionable and very soft to touch. I have trouble finding shoes especially boots that do not hurt because I have planter fasciitis and a a bunyion. I love these!!!! I get lots of compliments when I wear these.

Amazing for this hard to fit foot. 11 1/2 just is not on the radar for shoe companies.. This shoe feels better than ANY shoe I have tried on for years! I always end up buying shoes that are pinching my toes because 12’s are way to sloppy. This is Cushy non binding comfort. I may buy a couple more pairs in various colors. FYI, I have a very normal foot other than the length. Finally, I have a friend for my feet!

fit and size perfect - I usually wear a 39 or 8 to 8.5. Great quality and very comfortable right out of the box and made in Israel!!

This is a winner from Naot. I'm always on the lookout for new Naot styles since Naot is one of the few brands that work well on my feet and once helped me to heal plantar fasciitis. While in the past I've bought Naot shoes for the comfort, not style, the Helm has both. It's been snowy in New York lately so I haven't worn them out yet (I don't want to ruin the suede back) but they felt good when I tried them on. Maybe a little tight across the top of the foot but nothing that won't loosen up with wearing.

PROS: Stylish Reasonably comfortable Beautiful, soft leather Quite light Easy on and off For pants or skirts Great heel: not too flat, and square looking but with a clever angle for healthy heel strike. Some arch support Pretty tapered toe Reasonably bunion friendly A little tiny bit edgy, sort of. Very versatile look, dress up or down CONS: Not enough arch support (I might try to put Chaco insole in them or add a small orthotic). The back of the ankle feels like a blister zone, will need to add padding. Bit pricey! THE FAULT OF MY FEET, NOT THE SHOE: I would not be able to walk far in these. I have a lot of overpronation, so my inside ankle rubs on the inside zipper. Will need to add padding Overall: Very pleased to have found this boot. It promises to be something I can wear in moderation without paying a high price in the knees. Very nice looking, wee bit sexy even, no Mom shoe look. Can't wait to wear! Thanks!

A good short healed boot that seems to be well made. No frills, as in what you see is what you get. It’s a very simple design. The fit overall was good and true to size. A little tight in the toe box, but would break in quickly. I sent it back because there wasn’t enough Cush on the ball of the foot part of the boot, which made my feet hurt.

Such a lovely boot. I bought in the wide size and it was more like a narrow. Very tight. I just bought a Propet brand boot from Zappos instead. Their wide boot is just perfect. I wish this one had been better.

Didn’t even try these on as the color of the suede did not match even closely the color of the leather. Very disappointed.

I LOVE this bootie. However, I really need a wide, and that size is not offered. I had high hopes, as it is exactly what I was looking for. I almost kept it to see if I could have it widened at a shoe repair store, but this shoe is expensive and I couldn’t take the chance that it couldn’t be stretched to work for me. I wish more shoes came in wide. I have a ligament issue that just can’t be crowded. Please, if you’re listening Naot ;-)

I purchased the blue Helm last year and have thoroughly enjoyed them. Since I was so pleased with last years purchase, I decided another pair in a different color was required. The fit and color are perfect.

The two tone color of these booties have gotten me many compliments. These are perfect with pants during the winter months. They are comfortable and a perfect fit.

I don’t usually bother writing reviews, but these boots deserve one. They are comfortable from the get-go, keep my heel pain at bay, look chic and sophisticated, and handle rainy days like a champ. I couldn’t be more pleased. Snap up these boots. I’m a 10 with a high arch and slightly wide foot but they fit perfectly. I find the arch support excellent, but it doesn’t feel intense like a vionic.

The fit was perfect and I like the two tone style. These booties are also very comfortable.
