I waited awhile before writing this review, so I could be thorough. I have been searching for a supportive walking shoe for years and have gone through many brands. I was hesitant to order yet another pair, but the reviews for this particular style were promising. The fact that it has a removable foot-bed is important, since I do use my own inserts. When I first wore them they were extremely comfortable although it was for a short time. I am now walking more than five miles at a time wearing them, and they are absolutely the best walking show I've worn. They are lightweight, yet very supportive and required no "breaking-in" period. I have had a knee replacement and a sensitive back, so having supportive walking shoes are a must and I have no pain while walking now.

Cute shoe and very comfortable. Bought these for a trip to Ireland where we expect to do a lot of walking. These will be perfect and will hide the dirt if it rains. I've noticed lately that tennis shoes have seemed narrower especially around my toes, so I ordered a wide for the first time and was very pleased. Nice size toe box - not cramped at all.

I've been looking for a mesh shoe to fit my size 5 wide foot. I have some medical problems: ataxia, diabetes and am recovering from an injury. This shoe runs narrow, I ordered a 5 1/2 extra wide. I'm happy that this shoe comes in extra wide, also size 5's are hard to find. The cushioning is not too bad, but too much heel cushioning makes it hard for me to keep my balance. I wish the shoe had more cushioning in the tongue and upper for my toes, but it's pretty good. To accommodate my small foot, I am going to have to cushion it a bit in the heel to avoid slippage. It's a little more than I am used to spending, but I really had no choice. Since I just tried them on, I can't comment on the overall comfort through time (when it breaks in) and it's durability.

Second pair of these- bought the other two years ago and just now starting to look shabby after constant use. Bouncy and comfortable. The only shoes I can wear with no arch support- great for long days on your feet.

Just received this shoe today and it is perfect in all respects. Looks great, feel great and the fit could not be better.

Nice, lightweight shoes. I evaluated then against NB 847 v3 and found them to be narrower with a lower toe box. Happily they fit my flat feet with narrow heels. They feel very stable and are pretty good looking.

Very comfy, but look a little orthopaedic for my tastes. Still, I wore them for months before I felt I needed another, cuter pair of New Balance.

These are nothing short of a miracle. I have been having pain from stress reactions on my metatarsals. I couldn't walk properly for 2 months. I was on and off crutches for pain and inflammation. After buying these, the pain magically disappeared. The size is accurate, and the width too, but narrower than the usual New Balance, which from my experience, used to run wider. They are cute and stylish, not at all clunky-looking. I already ordered in another color. I use them with orthotics and they feel great.

Cute but not cushiony enough for my body. Super cute and will probably be great for most other people.

This new balance model is great for wide feet. EE is very comfortable and a pretty color. I have the EE and have found it comfortable with my orthotic insert.
