These shoes are hard! The uppers are hard and the insoles are HARD and far too over-arched at the insole. Could never wear these for 8-12 hours on a job! Sent back and bought Propet.

Horrible feeling cheap quality, like hard plastic. Total waste of money won't be ordering from Zappos again, cancelling account.

I didn't even try the shoes on because they weren't what I ordered. I ordered Nusre Mates ,with signature heart on the shoe. What I got was Align - no mention of Nurse Mate or heart on shoe , so I immediately sent them back. I feel this was false advertising !

I liked these shoes, but they were not high quality. The shade of the brown leather was not the same between the shoes and the lining of the right shoe, over the top of my foot, was wrinkled. I considered keeping them because they were relatively comfortable, but I kept seeing the color difference and couldn't do it.

Beware ordering from Nurse-Mates. No return policy if shoe worn-to test them be sure to wear in home-no tread marks visible. I don't know how you judge the fit and comfort unless the shoes are worn, I am stuck with a pair of shoes that were painfully uncomfortable after 3 hours of use and $100+ out of pocket for a pair of shoes that are of no use to me.

I am sending these back. They are much bulkier in person then what they looked online. I had a $30 credit when I purchased these. Once you receive return, can you reissue the $30 credit for another purchase?

Really hard. I got an insert which made it better but not great. You can feel the seam on the side of your feet. Not very durable. The first day I wore them both toes scuffed and I pretty much just wore them in the house to break them in. I wish I could return them but I scuffed the toes.
