I have been wearing Clarks for many years. They always fit well and feel good. This pair was slightly small. I am returning them because they felt cheap compared to all other pairs of Clarks I have had in the past. They felt like the sides were gaping and folding.

Very cute shoes, but the strap wants my foot to be higher across the middle, angle is wrong too. Light weight and attractive. Fabric probably not good for wet weather (but not a problem for me, not much of that here). Sorry to have to return these. Width seems right, but are either a little short or just not enough width in front of toe box for me.

I like the look of these - but my big toe rubs. So these are going back.

Although I have worn Clarks for several years, this one does not fit right. Unfortunately, I have to return them.

I found these to be a little small for my size 9 foot. My toes came to the tip of the toe box. Will order a 9.5 and see how they are.

They were too wide, and my big toe was rubbing even without socks on.

This seemed very cheapy made, insoles were removable. Not what I was expecting from Clarks brand, especially their cloud stepper line. These were narrow where the strap comes across. Very uncomfortable for me.

I usually wear 7 1/2 or 8 in all shoes. I ordered these in 8 and they were too small. I returned them as the inside of the shoes did not have enough padding around the feet.

The shoes rubbed on my heel and gave blisters. Too tight around my toes. My instep is too high even for the adjustable strap. If you have extra wide feet with a high instep, these shoes will really hurt your feet.

I am so disappointed! I had purchased and wore out 2 pairs of these shoes, that were super comfortable from day one! I ordered pair #3, same size, wore them one afternoon and got the sorest feet I’ve had in years — acing and rubbed sores on my heels. I suspect Clark’s changed manufacturers or something.. my feet are the same — my other shoes feel the same as they always have. Anybody else have this problem?

miserable shoe, heel flops off, toe area is tight at the base, scratches where the strap is connected. Too big with no socks, too small with socks. I wanted a cushy teddy bear, I got a porcupine, and they're ugly.

Perfect right out of the box! I have narrow feet and somewhat high arches. Ordered a 9 Narrow in Navy. Color is very nice. Style is fun variation on the Mary Jane which can get so very boring. I tend to buy lots of Mary Janes due to my narrow feet. Helps to have that strap and love the velcro. I am on my feet all day and these truly are like walking on clouds! Heavenly! Look so cute with the fashion denim that I sell! And of course, as usual, Zappos is totally amazing!!!

I bought the Clarks Sillian Cala and really liked them - then purchasing these Bellas. While they were comfortable and cute - they wore out!! I got them in April and did not wear them a lot, until I went on a trip. During the trip, I walked and the heels essentially collapsed on the insides. it felt like I was walking without any heel support! Cannot wear them! They are practically new looking on the top - in fact the sticker that was on the bottom is STILL THERE. This is not a case where they are just worn out. Poorly made.
